Thought I'd give a little update on everything.
Gym is going great and the pumps I'm getting from the Test are just insane. If you know how to work hypertrophy, the pumps are just next level. I hit a plateau of 195lbs for a bout 5 days so I'm starting cardio 2x per week at 30 minutes and adding clen in the morning. Should start dropping again. 4 - 2016 and before

Yesterday was thanksgiving for me so I counted quite loosely. I got at least 200 grams of protein and I made sure I was conservative with portions, didn't drink, had 4 homemade chocolate chip cookies only for desert and most likely didn't go over 2700 calories. I did my cardio that morning and this morning I'm down weight again so that's really good to see.
