Cut starts today! I feel really good about this cut. I've always fucked up on prior cuts but this time I have to make it worth it and I have a feeling this time I'm going to follow through and be ripped as fuark.

And cartagines, make sure to take some probiotic, I'm pretty sure it helps manage protein farts/digestion.
I always have an 80-90 gram protein shake with 2 scoops of protein and a cup of egg whites with some almond milk and greens powder, which helps a ton. I have 1-2 protein bars and then I'll have some sort of bean meal and then another meal with chicken or steak and rice.
The key is to have a mainly protein dense food at EVERY meal. This should be the same with vegetables but I'm really bad at that. I should stll be avoiding the protein bars but it's difficult getting that much protein and I'm not entirely used to it.
Pretty thick. I'm assuming around 14-15% bodyfat. Good spot to start, aiming for 6-8% depending on how I feel at the end.
I've never committed well enough and I've always derailed it somehow and or had something come up. Like in the spring I was going to the summer shredding show but I got a sweet opportunity that I didn't want to pass up and cutting aggressively might've compromised that.
I'm already a pretty moody person, especially in the morning. Not eating would've exaggerated that.
Then other times, I'd just do stupid shit and wouldn't be serious. I was gonna cut one time a few months before last spring and I decided to run a marathon instead and thought it would help with my cut. I was just anxious and used the race as an escape. I ran so much that I just ate way more and didn't end up losing any weight. Legit ran a marathon at 200 lbs. (it was a trail race too, mountain climbing involved lol)
This time, I'm living at home, have a car, no obligations for 3 months and then dc7 and I are going to Mexico hopefully in December. So I don't have any excuse but to cut and I have a reason to be shredded (vacation and be even sexier for girls)

Cancun! Used to work in a hostel there called Mezcal hostel and also another called Mayan Monkey, both are full of hot girls from all over the globe, those would be my first choices for a place to stay, also they are party hostels and they can get you passes for the strip in Cancun.
For places to take nice pics I would go to “Playa Delfines”, “Isla Mujeres” and “Tulum” skip Playa del Carmen, it’s basically a huge shopping mall made into a town. If you have the time and you can stand the trip, go to Holbox, google it and see the beaches they have there.
