I know what you're thinking, another log where I say I'm going to lose a ton of weight and get super shredded but quit after a month. It's not like that this time. Before I've had legit reasons for cutting off the diet. I had a legitimate amazing opportunity and I'm finally back home where I'll be for some time and don't have any excuse to cut my diet off.
This log will be where I post all of my daily foods/protein intake/calorie intake. (might not post foods but just calories and protein plus a snippet of how I'm feeling)
I need to do this because even when I'm committed to cutting I cave into cravings and I want to hold myself accountable but also have you guys, my bros, keep me somewhat accountable as well.
Tomorrow will be the first day that I track my calories to get a baseline of what I'm eating and determine how much I need to cut from my daily intake.
[this will be coupled with approaches and tinder]
I'll also be having some help from PEDs. I plan to do 500mgs of test and add in Clenbuterol + T3 when I'm advised to do so. I haven't determined my ultimate goal but I'm aiming to achieve 7-8% body fat and lose 20-30 lbs in 3-4 months.
brother, have you thought of trying the carnivore diet.I have been hearing a lot of good things about it.
I know what people say about fat, carbs and protein andI am not going to argue with you on this but the folks who go full carnivore report great success with weightloss and lean out pretty good.also they gain strength on this diet.
Think of it as an experiment and we can discuss the pros and cons later

"I will be in top the 5% of men,who get laid 2-3 times a week, with different girls"
There's no doubt that the all meat diet is working for tons of people especially since you're cutting out the most calorie dense foods which are Dairy and Grains.
Just cutting out sugar alone would do wonders for your body.
However, I don't think it's the healthiest and I wouldn't want to try a diet while I'm also doing my first cycle. I want to ensure I max out the effectiveness of the PEDs that I'm using and experimenting with a whole new diet could compromise that (maybe not but who knows).
The other hard part is that I moved back in with my parents and my sister/mom are both vegan/vegetarian so I'd end up cooking a lot more than I'd need.
This way I can incorporate their cooking into whatever my caloric intake is for that day. I would consider doing this diet in the future just to see the benefits because so many people are claiming it's been beneficial towards them. I'd also want to do a vegan diet and see if that is beneficial.
Something you can consider is the protein sparing modified fast by lyle mcdonald. I actually did it, exactly how it was written and it was awesome. It's good for people that prefer to go 100% into something. It'll make you feel pretty shitty and it fucked up my sleep for a while but it was worth it. Plus I didn't have cravings after a week or so. No idea about interaction with those PEDs though.

I also did PSMF, on-off.
I'd do 1 week on, 1 week of just a normal low-cal diet (1500cals).
PSMF fucking murdered me (I'd spend most of my day napping and sitting on couch, and gym was out of the question). But god it worked - I'd lose 2kg a week.
I'll never do it again (I cut slower on 2000 cals now + lots of exercise) because I prefer to be functional. But god it was fun, in a fucked up way.
My calories are at around 2700-3000 at the moment so cutting 1000 (or however many) calories at the moment to just have protein, water and supps would be pretty fucking brutal, plus it gives me no room for an extended cut.
If you cut all your calories at the beginning, you're not going to have any energy for more cardio if you plateau, and you're not going to have any more food to cut. At that point, if you cut more food you'll feel like you're literally starving to death.
I have no doubts that it doesn't work for weight loss but I've always criticized keto diets because they make it much harder to lift heavy at the gym and get in lots of volume/cardio.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
