How did you guys learn the correct form of heavy compound movements? Squat, deadlift etc. I haven't had an injury so far, but i am doing Alpha Destiny Novice Program, the barbell gets heavier and I am not so confident about my form. I asked a fitness instructor at my gym and he said that my form is ok, but at the other hand he advised me to do a split routine so idk. And second question, do you guys work out your calves and necks? If yes then how? It is a real pain in the ass for me to force myself to hit those parts after gruelling workouts, i plan to do them at the very beginning, is it a good idea?

deadlifts, shrugs, lunges pretty much everything works your neck. Only professional boxers train their neck and its not for size. Calves on the other hand can be tricky but dont spend another minuite thinking about your neck
