Hey guys, I'm both underweight and around 15% body fat - basically, very little muscle. I'm wondering if I should do the GLL fat loss diet or something else. I don't want to maintain my current body fat percentage (would like to get it down to around 10% or so), but I figure gaining muscle would help with that as well. Any advice?
