I just looked up the ice cream fitness workout and it's pretty solid for a novice. Includes alot of the "money" compound exercises alot of people don't emphasize enough. Lol those numbers for a natty skinny dude would be insane though. Shit even squatting 225lbs, bench 185lbs, dead 225lbs would be more realistic PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

The point is not to be skinny after running the program. I built my squat 5x5 up to 308 while losing weight at the same time and while I was still natty, and I've got pretty much the worst genetics for this that anyone can have. The program makes you push yourself hard and after each reset you'll be able to exceed your limitations. Right now I know a guy, who's natty, and benches 265 for triples after 1.5 years of training. That's what happens when you make lifting your #1 endeavour. |

Sounds like he's been training for strength if he's doing triples. Was the ice cream fitness program made by Jason Blaha? The man, the myth the legend? Anyway, seems solid. However, I would add movements for the middle/rear delts - my favorite is overhead carry with a shrug for 1-2 minutes but push press with a slow negative works too. I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
