Hi guys i'm in the clean bulk right know but i think i gain some fat. What are you think guys should i continue bulking or should i start cut ? I feel like i should cut some fat because im in the clean bulk probably 3 months.I feel like my face got little bit puffy and i hate that.I dont really care about fat on the abs but what bother me is fat on the face. What you think guys? thank you
Btw. First photo not flexing abs second flexing.
I would probably cut or slow recomp if you're bothered with the fat on the face.
Assuming you're drug free and want to stay that way: I think it depends how much muscle/weight you gained in total from when you started lifting and during this bulk as well as how long you've been training. No point in continuously bulking if you gained most of or all of you're lifetime natural gains and you want a naturally lean and muscular look.
I look at things in a broader/long term perspective. That's just my 2 cents
i would say im early intermediate. Bench around 85 Kg x 5 reps. Squat 112,5 Kg x 6. Deadlift 155x5. So im not definitively even close to my natural limit. What is better ? Cutting or recomping ? I would like to maintain my strenght or even make some small PR's while losing fat. Is that even possible? It probably have small margin of error(everithing most be on check: nutrition, sleep, training). Thank for reaction.
You're not an early intermediate. I have poor genetics for strength training and I'm still running novice routines with a 110 5x5 bench and a 185 x 5 squat. U just need microplates and do 0.5 kg - 1 kg jumps at a time. My advice is fat acceptance just keep bulking and get strong first.

what you think about recomping ? i think it is possible to do that in this stage of strength ? I dont care too much if i hit that Bench Press 100 kg x 5 on end of the year if i can maintain some decent look. thank

Realistically I think you'll have a hard time recomping and gaining strength, since your bodyfat is still pretty low for strength training purposes. However, with a good program it should be doable. You'll just stall faster and need to switch into an intermediate program earlier. But yeah, why not, give it a shot if you insist on looking good all the time.

Yeah i know is it not going to be as good as normal bulk. But fuck it im going try that recomp my progress is slow even right know so i dont think it is going hurt and second summer is coming so why not do that. I was doing this clean bulk almost 4 month so im pretty sick eating more and more calories + it is getting more expensive.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
