Hey all, im 21 and my bro bought some weights for home so i was planing to atleast start working out. I am not very skinny ( 189 cm and 84 kg) but i am not near fat . Also i started to go boxing a month ago but nothing serious - 3 times a week tops. Now, what exercises can you reccomend me to start - i prefer for now some home exercises + weights. There might be a little problem cus the weights are a bit strange - they are dumbels with removable plates. Sooo it goes like this : 2 pairs of 1 kg, 2 pairs od 2 kg, 6 pairs of 3 kg.
Any advice for total newb?
