I did a 6 month transformation challenge on this forum 2 years ago with a group of 14 guys and came in second. I worked my ass off harder than I ever have and it was not just for the money but the pride in winning the competition and to have the opportunity to talk with Chris and Ethan X.
That challenge was the best thing to happen in my life and I want to have that drive in my life again.
I'm starting a 6 week transofrmation challenge this Monday until Nov.28 between me and 4 buddies $30 each winner take all.
I'm going to need judges to decide who the winner is so I'm thinking about setting it up the same way Ethan set it up for our 6 month challenge and have a poll on this forum so everyone on here can vote who had the best transformation.
If anyone can give me some advice on how best to set up the poll with everybodys before and after pics and measurements, that would be greatly apreciated.
I'd love to show you guys how much you can do in 6 weeks and who ends up winning this competition.
I would first look at what you guys want. Cut or bulk? If you cut obviously you would check how much fat percentage you have lost. That could be an indicator. For bulk its probably the opposite. How much did you gain after the 6 weeks? I would probably look also at how much your appearance has changed. Some people look like a very much different person after a challenge. Perhaps you could add that also as one of your measurements.
