I saw Chris' post about physique to target - somewhere between a fashion model and fitness model and stary away from bodybuilder looks. That said, I want to put numbers in prospective:
I am 6 feet (183) cms tall
Weight about 73-75 Kg
Biceps 13 inches (with good defination)
BF: little less than 20%
I have been typically said as skinny, lanky guy. but lately started to add muscles.
I am now seeing some visible results of how women are reacting... I wish to find that happy spot where I am good enough and don't spend too much time in building muscles.
PS: I am currently doing home workout as I can't join gym.
As big and ripped as you can possibly get. I guarantee you will not get too big or too ripped based on your current physique (no offence) so don't worry about that.
All these guys who keep talking about what kind of physique is "too muscular" for woman will never in their lifetimes even come close to achieving that kind of size, nor be able to afford the drugs necessary to do so, so don't even worry about it.
Get as ripped as you can while holding as much size as you can = ideal physique for you.

Yes. But it was only from online dating when I had a borderline nude pic as my prof pic where I was 5% bodyfat and I had veins coming out of everywhere and had striations all over my body and I was also flexing as hard as I could.
It's funny, because if I had not been so flexed in that exact picture 99% of girls would say omg what an amazing body (many still did even with the "over the top" pic though), but when I'm fully flexing and the veins are popping out and the striations are showing full tilt, all of a sudden girls are like omg that's too much disgusting yuckkkkkkk.
Basically, girls are stupid. You will never be too big or too shredded because you don't walk around everyday at 5% body fat, perma flexed, with a huge pump, like the guys are in the pictures that girls say are "too muscular" and "disgusting".
I'll give you a perfect example
Girls will say yuck too muscular ^
Now... the exact same guy without flexing his brains off:
girls will say omg his body is amazing
Get the idea? Basically, you're never too big or too ripped 99% of the time
For a starting point, aim for 180-185 at 10% BF or lower. If you want to get bigger after that point go for it but there will be a point of diminishing returns in terms of attraction if you are lifting to get women.
Yeah DC is right. It will take a LONGGGG time and 6x a week workouts for you to surpass the buff threshold. Go ham as possible and you'll find a happy point somewhere below the buff threshold. It also depends what you are going for. If you want DTF quantity girls then buff as possible. If you want GF-quality girls then somewhere around this guy is ideal IMO
One of my main GF-quality FB's said "don't get too big" "don't lose your neck" "bulky guys don't look good in clothes"
If gym isn't YOUR LIFE (workout 5x 90 mins a week, count and weigh calories, bench over 300lbs), you won't pass the buff threshold. Reaching 10% bf will get you noticeably more action from girls who were once out of your league. Think (7's to 8's) to (8's and 9's).

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
