@hungry wolf - PPLPPLrest, hitting everything twice a week. It's not like I'm hitting full body and doing 1 rep maxes 6 days a week. I go hard but not so heavy my CNS is burnt out and not so intense that I can't recover enough to hit everything twice a week. Also eating plenty of calories. It is working well for me right now, but if I start to over-train I'll drop back and reevaluate. What works for me with my experience and my level of development might be completely different from you.

I don't know why but I like industrial German metal when I'm lifting like Oomph and Rammstein. The German lyrics are so manly to me. It might not have the same effect if you can't understand the lyrics but I also listen to some Finnish metal that I don't understand at all.
