You should probably find that out bud. Doctors miss a lot of stuff. I had a HCT spike last year where my HCT went to 55 and my BP was 155/105 with heart palpitations. Doctors completely missed it. If your RBC/HCT/HG is high that will cause heart palpitations and anxiety because your blood is thick and hard to pump. |

It's called accelerated erythrypoeis (spelling). Could be caused by gear/supplements, diet, or even a genetic condition. In my case I came off TRT and had blood pulled.
You could just have anxiety. Definitely want to explore everything though. |

Go donate blood. If it is one of those, that'll fix it. Also, how's your diet? If you're eating an excess of carbs and retain water because of it, that can cause heart palps and elevated heartbeat as well. |

These guys have said what I already told you in PM, get FULL blood panel done, not just endocrine, and I know you got bloods 3 months ago, but I need to know where you are now to help you better. As for protein you're paying way too much money if you're buying GNC iso. I can get you the best quality proteins in Canada at half the price of that fucking rip off artist company. As for diet thats a different thread but I have a question: Is all you eat in a day is 2 shakes, a roast beef sandwich, cashews/almonds and half a pizza? Does the diet vary from day to day? What are you goals you're trying to achieve with that diet? |

Lol, ok. Sounds good. As I said, the diet has changed over the past few days. I used to have pasta and ground beef in there too, but too much fibre. I'm not sure what I'm trying to do. Lose weight or gain. So confused atm. Information overload but ideally I want to build muscle and lose fat. EDIT: Oh, and the main idea behind the diet is convenience, efficiency, and low cost. Hey guys, here's an update:
After I was finished my workout at the gym I took my pulse. I was doing 102 or somewhere around there.then I immediately went to the blood pressure station they have at the gym and got the following results: Systolic: 132 Diastolic: 76 Heart Rate: 89 This was literally within 2 minutes of finishing my workout. Seems good to me but I'll leave it to you experts. ![]() Goals for 2017:
