Lifting 6 days a week with victor prides body of a spartan. Chest and Back day 1,3,5 legs/shoulders day 2,4,6
Cardio first thin in the AM on an empty stomach, for starters. In terms of diet, it sucks in the long run but keto drops weight the quickest. Add thermos to the mix (clen, t3, etc) and you can drop weight quick. I've personally gone from fat to shredded in 4-5 weeks on that type of plan. I really try NOT to do that anymore.
The right way for me to do it is carb cycling and adding thermos late in the game, giving myself plenty of time. Morning cardio remains the same.
