Hi guys, can you suggest a course of action on where to take my physique and training. This is currently how I look if you guess my body fat. Personally I'd like to get to 8% bf but don't know how long it'll take. Thanks.

You're jacked. You don't really need to take a course of action aside from maintain.
Trying to achieve that super aesthetic look will only hurt your mental health. For progressions' sake, you should cut, get to 8% like you said. Do what you like (you said you'd like to get to 8%), you'll be happier that way. Getting bigger won't necessarily improve your physique, getting leaner will. You'd be about 12% bf max. BF% is an irrelevant statistic,. Its only ego masturbation saying you are "6% compared to 8%. At the end of the day. If your shredded, your shredded and shredded looks 100x better than not shredded. |

He's more like 15%+ BF, it would take 3-4 or so months to get to 8%BF. With some clen, T3 and tren slightly faster.
Clearly Jackk has never been shredded, there's a bigger difference between 6% and 8% BF than 15% and 12%. The lower you get the more and faster changes come. |

of course theres a big difference between 8% and 6%. Common sense. Unless your competing, theres no need to worry about being at a specific bf%, which was my point. If your 8% your going to be shredded. Focus on getting shredded rather than getting to a specific bf%. |

Yea you're 12-15% BF. Do what you want when it comes to cutting down But remember. Naturally cutting to sub 10% you're going to look skinnier and lose some mass. If you're ok with that, then go ahead. you've got good size now and most women would love your body. You're chest isn't too big, at least from that pic (that's a weak spot for me too). If you cut. You might look quiet thin through that area. Just something to consider.

Unfortunately no, I'm in the starting point of a career where I'd lose more then I'd gain if I were to take anything illegal. But thank you for be help, probably going to lean down a bit more like 8-10 lbs and risk losing the size and doing a lean bulk. I've been taking Ostashred, which has been helping maintain size while getting more vascularity and losing some fat. |

Looks like about 15%. Nice guns, chest could be bigger. You look GREAT but considering bodybuilding standards, you need to get leaner.

Was hoping you'd respond brother, and agreed my shoulders and arms over power the rest of my body I think. Any advice to build more chest? I've been hitting incline at different rep ranges, flys and heavy dips. It's growing but very slow. |

Mind/muscle connection. Forget about the weights and focus on feeling the chest. When you stop being able to lift the weight with just your chest, stop the set. That's probably the biggest. What do you do for your arms? |

I've mixed it up past 2 years. Last 4 months I do heavy chin-ups where my biceps get hit. And I'll go on heavy barbell curls, Dumbbell hammers curls and sometimes throw in a quick burnout with cables for 1 or 2 sets.
Triceps if they're not tired from heavy pressing I'll do heavy dips, and tricep extensions. Maybe diamond push-ups for a burnout. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
