What I don't get is how you can hate deadlifts! Like they work so much and are super efficient if I have limited time in the gym and I want to work almost my whole body I will do 5 or more sets of heavy deadlifts.
I love deadlifts I was so sad when I had to take a few months off from them due to a soccer injury, so I quite soccer. Now back at them I just push it to the limit. My limiting factors on my body that I have been waiting to work on and making slow progress on with out deadlifts where heavily highlighted once I got back to doing 220lb deadlifts, I found the time off doing other exercises meant that I am lacking as I know in my forearms and shoulders mainly, my legs are super strong, my abs and back are average. My hamstrings are way overpowering for the rest of my muscles. I do cycle in deadlifts every few weeks though not because I dislike them but due to the massive fatigue the generate, I train very often and in a caloric deficit which has small impacts in recovery so I normally do them every 3rd leg day (cycle front squat, back squat and deadlifts) for my heavy days, lighter leg days I do stiff legged light weight deadlifts, might start using fat grips for extra grip strength! Anyway TL;DR: Deadlifts are awesome, highlight your weaker areas and work them PS: If you have a good back and form do them, go hard, they are actually safe to push the limits with good form as if you fail you just drop the weight |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
