You enter competitions and start juicing of course. And yeah, the top guys in MP use a lot. Even HGH, sometimes slin.

Get a coach when you have enough mass to compete and are at a reasonable bodyfat %. This will be key for your diet, training and learning poses. Also, Test prop, Tren ace, Masteron, Winistrol and HGH will be your best friend. ![]() If you are serious about competing and are already in good shape (plenty of mass, 15% or below), then you will probably want to start blasting and cruising gear. I would do a big bulking cycle now soon - maybe as an example, test, tren/deca and dbol and HGH if you can afford it. You could then cruise in to a cutting cycle to the compounds I listed in the above paragraph. If you are already pretty big/lean, this MIGHT give you a chance of competing next year. If not rinse and repeat for the following year. I dont have any experience with competing, or taking cycles for competing, but I have done a few cycles and have used the majority of compounds I have listed (not HGH and Deca or Dbol , I will be using the latter 2 in September along with test maybe). As I said, take my advise with a pinch of salt. I doubt its too far off the mark, but maybe someone who actually has experience with competing will chime in. Check out my journal which details everything in my life from approaches, lifting, experiences and general things in my life:-

I would greatly appreciate any and all feedback. It makes it worthwhile.

I compete and am a provincially qualified physique competitor. When you talk about having "that lifestyle" you are basically saying you will commit yourself to moderate doses of drugs (at least), eating enough clean food constantly and consistently, and having enough funds to consistently do this. It's not all fun and games, ya the lifestyle looks cool from an outsiders perspective, but if you can't commit yourself to the drugs then you won't get far. The guys are "roided the fuck out" looking because they are on roids.... How do you get that same advantage you ask? Ummmm... take drugs is the obvious answer.... Am I advocating it, fuck no, but if you want to do well you will have to at some point commit yourself to the sport (including the drug aspect). Go read my AA log, you can see my physique and read a bit about my experiences living "the lifestyle" and how it has all affected me. Sure, it's cool to compete and shit, but spending money on drugs all the time as well as committing a bunch of time to eating everyday 5-6 times and making sure I get my 5 days training in every week isn't the funnest thing ever and could be allocated to more productive things sometimes. Even these past couple weeks I couldn't even fuck girls that wanted to hangout because I had libido shutdown from crashing my estrogen ON PURPOSE with letro for my last competition so I could come in crazy dry. There are positives and negatives with competing. The positives are obvious: - get better quality of women as well as higher quantity - high confidence (most physique competitors are actually insecure as fuck even though they have high confidence from their physiques) - command more respect etc. the negatives: - constantly taking drugs or taking drugs to recover from the last drugs you took, or hating the time you're taking off from drugs - affording the drugs - affording ridiculous amounts of groceries and cooking them all and conssistently getting all your meals in. These are just some +'s and -'s but the list goes on.

Men's Physique guys nowdays are almost as big as bodybuilders before slin and gh came into play.
To be a good physique model today you gotta be BIG, SHREDDED and blessed with aesthetic muscles, which is 100% genetics. |

Yes a lot of people (if not everyone) with help of the steroids can get at that size and get that shredded but also very few guys will have that eye pleasant physique. This is why i said you need good genetics for aesthetic muscle shapes. There are so many guys that are big and shredded but does not look that good, at least not "good" in terms of physique model look. |

Let's be real. You will need roids, there is no other way man.
Keep fighting! You will die one day and nobody will care. So do whatever the f*** you can to boost your dopamine EVERY SINGLE DAY! You don't want to regret wasted youth on your death bed.

Yeah insertions / muscle bellies are genetic, so I know what you mean. A lot of fitness models also wear corsets or waist wraps to get smaller waists these days... I'll try to find a before and after pic with the use of Increlex. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
