I know it's not very red pill to do something for the approval of women...but fuck it. Any gym rat that's honest with himself admits he works out for the chicks.

I'm not sure, but it doesn't make any sense from an evolutionary standpoint that any roided physique would be more desirable than a natural one. To other men, maybe, because we're competitive at all costs. But not to women.
Remember why women are attracted to muscle in the first place, it signals strength and athleticism, thus a man with muscles would be able to protect his partner It's also a sign of good health. Roids =/= a sign of good health. Twist it how you want, it's unnatural. Unnatural = unattractive. This (among other considerations) is why I'll never take steroids. Theoretically, it should suffice to train to your natural limit and maintain that, any more is overkill or would do more harm than good. No one, who has trained to his genetic limit, will enjoy a sudden, huge spike in female attention given after a steroid cycle. It will rise slightly, or roughly remain the same. Just my two cents. |

That's the best framework, imo Quick examples Most people would be scared as fuck by these guys, would look down in "submissiveness" if you look at them-- that is GOOD, and an empowered fearless state to be in.... ALL Women like such men from their most primitive instincts. It is LEGIT. It's universally appealing to them. They want a strong masculine dominant man.... who can make them really submissive, and rock their wet pussies like they never tried before. But in our feminized society today 99% of men got a feminine look, feminine mind-set, and feminine behavior --- supressing their natural instincts. Which isn't legit, and basically a modern disease. Even the liberal "hipster"-girls who are holding their feminine intellectual hipster boyfriends hand will be looking at such guys, and cheat on their feminine boyfriend if they got the opportunity. |

I wouldn't be afraid of any of those guys. I'm 6-1, muscular, but 174 pounds- not huge. And so many times I've walked up to or by a guy that was all huge and jacked and looked him in the eye with my good posture and self-possession, and he looked away and scratched the side of his head, that sort of self-concious scratch people do. I've seen it over and over again. Shit it just happened today in the gym. Proves to me that the mind and mindset and self-belief is as or more important than the brawn. You can be smaller and lead men that are bigger if that's your mindset.
Not that I don't LOVE lifting, so much. And not that I don't enjoy being fairly ripped. Just saying, that's my experience out in the daily world. Also with my body I've gotten a few girls that left their boyfriends- that were bigger, more muscular than me. I agree look amazing- it helps, but you can be ripped and not huge, a lot of girls like that look a lot, especially if you have something in your personality that intrigues them. |

I like Arnie, I liked reading his book. He said in his book that 50% of girls loved his body and 50% were kind of grossed out. He'd laugh about, it and says he got laid a ton.
My personal ideal I guess is Pitt in fight Club. 5-11, 158 pounds! But, hey, do think a few girls didn't like that look? |

I'm going for about somewhere in between as well Honore. I'm 6'2, 170-175 lbs as well with 7% BF. Looking to get up to 190 then cut back down to 185ish, think that'd be ideal for my height. Currently I have good definition but you really only see it if my shirt is tight. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell (I think) just from my arms.

In my opinion and from my experience girls tend to prefer a naturally slim/ lean athletic build over a huge bulky muscle head gym freak look. That is my personal experience from asking girls in person and stuff and studies have found similar results check out this study on the ideal male physique .

But you also have to consider the fact that there is some individual preference amongst women and some will prefer huge muscular guys ( although I would say those girls are a minority) and some girls will prefer 12% body fat lean and athletic and some will prefer 7% bf lean and athletic, but in my experience the majority of women would tend to lean towards a preference for the body physique similar to these in the pictures I put below . But you also have to consider what body you personally prefer for yourself and what would make you the most satisfied and confident because even if you body isn't 100% ideal for women if your at the mall and you personally feel like and believe that you're the sexiest thing walking on the face of the earth and believe you have a great body (whether its huge and muscular or lean and ripped) then your confidence boost will make it way easier for you talk to girls (which is the most important part ,actually talking to girls) and girls will be attracted to your confidence even if your body isn't their personal ideal. So best thing is to probably find a happy medium between what girls truly prefer and what body you can look in the mirror at and be satisfied with and be proud of. ![]() |

if you truly workout solely for women I doubt you'll get very far, that's a motivating factor, sure but it shouldn't be the only reason(it's a good reason to get started though).
that's not to be politically correct at all(I wipe my ass with pc) you gotta learn to like it for yourself. thing is though, this question doesn't have a perfect answer, I could do my best to explain why but that would take way too long. in short a hell of a lot of things matter, a million and one variables. the clothes he's wearing(or not wearing): what's the setting is he flexing?(way bigger deal than people think) how horny the girl is(yeah she'll go for something freakier) etc etc. and that's without getting into personal tastes and how desensitized us guy's are from seeing freaks on the internet everyday. a lot of you are probably confused at what I'm even talking about, let me try painting some pictures. shirtless at the beach just playing around ideal would be pretty ripped and dry, with enough muscle mass to look like you lift from far away and lean enough that as you just run around your abs are clearly visible without flexing, no veins on your face and striations on your ass though, that's too much. Good wearing a well fitted shirt and pants at a party, club or w/e like night life stuff, you definitely don't need to be as lean you'll look just as attractive if not more with just a little extra fat on you(probably at least still like a 4 pack though), you don't want to be so big that you're literally busting out of clothes, it should just look like a good fit, legs shouldn't be so huge and wide that you can't walk right and the jeans look ridiculous. Good steve cook here is probably carrying around at least 10 pounds more muscle than you need, he's flexing there too though(hard to find pictures of guy's that are in shape without them flexing, I don't have all day haha) update: found a better example example of the too big and veiny, busting out of shirts look Bad yeah might look kinda cool to us guy's, that's not gonna be a favorite for most girls though. example of jeans looking ridiculous, too much legs butt naked, honestly you barely even need any size there, you look so much bigger in a girl's eyes, again probably gonna want to be lean enough that your abs show well without having to flex also the dry hard look for them to touch. Good sorry for the quality, as you can see though he's not big, every women will drool over that though flexing, this is where you'd be the most conservative, like 10% bodyfat is plenty lean because when you flex it makes you look like 3 or 4% leaner, it also gives you the illusion of being much bigger, once again don't want to be huge and disgusting. Good not saying this is ideal proportions and everything but it's about the level of lean and size that I'm talking about(give or take some pounds) to be flexing or posing without getting that "eww too much" reaction from hot girls. this guy would already be a little too big actually and also way too lean, even for just walking around relaxed. a lot of roid heads would even (fake) laugh at how "small" that is, you're not trying to bang hardcore bodybuilders with mental issues though. if you only care about how you look naked a fairly lean 160 pounds can be plenty except when you're dressed a lot of girls won't even pick up on how good your body is because you won't look that unusual. none of them include fake tan, oil, excessive shaving of every single bodypart, orange overdone melanotan 2, strong diuretics or "techniques" to bring out extra vascularity. I remember when I was a kid watching this guy 1 2 being like woah that looks cool, crazy, so dry and hard(didn't realize I was watching a gay cam show) and as he was contracting his bicep I looked over to my sisters face next to me and she was in disgust "eww that's too much" "it looks nasty" and when she said that it was like I snapped and realized she was right, my perception of bodies had already been morphed, funny I look back on that and now it doesn't even seem that lean or big haha shit, oh well. as mr. Leech said there are a TON of factors clothes you're wearing.. or if you're not wearing clothes at all environment or social-setting or social event that you're in functionality... if you're too big you can't even wear certain types of clothes it is way more complicated that just saying "be big" and "be lean" you're never going to be attractive to every single girl on the planet and i initially starting lifting weights for the gurls but now i lift weights mostly for myself. my mind, body, and health obviously i still lift to look good for women, but being in shape impacts all other areas of life as well if your only motivated factor is women.. you're missing out on a lot of other driving forces, that would help push you to stay consistent and disciplined in the gym (and diet, and sleep) future hall-of-famer
