So, I'm currently penny pinching so a gym membership isn't something I can "afford" yet (made the sacrifice to have my own place.. My own place > gym member ship).
Anyway, do you guys know of good body exercises? Like those guys in prison get fucking huge but they don't even use weights or protein shakes.. (Although Iv heard roids get snuck into prison). |

you gotta find a place to do pull ups, do a variety of push ups(there are some surprisingly hard styles) and do squats but find some sort of weight to wear/hold

Here's some ideas - some of these are easy, some difficult.
You got all your press-up variations: standard, one-arm, close grip, diamond, claps, elevated feet, handstand, dive-bomber, weighted, etc. Find a door frame pull-up bar for cheap online then hit your chin-ups, pull-ups, monkey chins, towel chins, muscle-ups, etc. For legs you've got squats: bodyweight, weighted, pistol, etc. Lunges, calf raises, glute bridges too. Destroy your core with planks, crunches, sit-ups, hanging leg raises, etc. Get conditioned with burpees, mountain climbers, jump rope, star jumps. Then some miscellaneous ones: inverted rows, inverted shrugs, dips, front lever, L-sit, back bridge, neck bridge. If you can improvise weights you can hit lighter movements like curls, pullovers, flyes, shoulder laterals. Hope that helps Good looking douchebag in training

Also, there are exercise progressions you can do to get up to some real difficult bodyweight variations, rather than just adding more reps.
Press-ups --> pike press-ups --> 90 degree pike press-ups --> dive-bomber press-ups --> wall assisted handstand press-ups --> unassisted handstand press-ups. Press-ups --> archer press-ups --> single arm press-ups --> single arm foot elevated press-ups. Press-ups --> weighted press-ups --> girl press-ups (with a girl on your back) Whatever you can think of, just get creative bro and go hard. Good looking douchebag in training

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
