i really need to gain weight and get in shape, i am 6.1 and 135 pounds
what is a simple good workout i can do at home?
i own a weight bench and dumbells only
what proteins, vitamins, pills or anything do you recommend?

The main thing is that this becomes a habit. At this point literally anything you do will build you size.
Figure out your caloric needs for maintenance and try to eat 200-500 more than that. Whey protein, Creatine, BCAAs, and Pre-Workouts/Fatburners are about all I trust as far as supplements go (obviously you don't need the Fat Burners).
