What's up losers,
My story. i know the title looks desperate as fuck, but that's currently how i feel when it comes to this certain subject. This question has been bothering for quite a while now. I've been afraid to ask you guys cause it might look stupid, but i decided i'm gonna do it anyway. Cause this board is filled with experienced people who could send me in the right direction. I'm gonna try to keep it as shorts as possible. I've been around the gym for 4 years now, (on and off) without any real results. And it's honestly killing me.. I know i'm fully responsbile for the pyshique i have, i couldn't be consistent going to the gym and i'm the only one to blame. I used to go with a gym partner, but we split up and i totally lost motivation and all that. Yesterday i canceld my gym subscription, because i have no longer the motivation and time for it. I've made the decision to join kickboxing classes instead. I was always interessted in martial arts, and i started to became really obsessed with mma/kickboxing. I also think that with kickboxing/mma i should be able to archieve the psyqhiue that i'm aiming for. I never wanted to be the next jay cutler or any big bodybuilder. My plan was to create a lean pyshique, something like a fitness model or the bar brothers. I'm currently 5ft9 (around 1.80m) and weighin at 143lbs (65KG). There are some pictures in the attachments of my current psyqhiue. Not sure how much bf%. This is what i want. This is the pyshique i'm aiming towards. Like i said i'm currently weighing around 65KG, this guy does about the same but got way more muscles than me. I'm well aware he does some sort of weight lifting besides this. I wanna go lower in body fat but i don't want to lose too much weight, i don't wanna go under 60KG. My ideal situation would be to maintain this weight or even gain a bit more but go lower in body fat like the example above. What i'm asking for. I'm a very technical guy when it comes down to this, i need to know what to eat and when. For example: 6:00 oatmeal 10:00 2 eggs etc.. 18:00 - 30x3 pushups etc.. If anyone could help me with this i'd be forever thankful. I've been trying to look for solutions online already but everything seems so contradicting. The GLL fatloss diet looks good, but it's nearly impossible to follow for me since i'm stuck with a 9 to 5 school job :/ And now that i don't go to the gym anymore, i was thinking about getting a pull up bar. The kickbox gym i go to has some dumbells and a bench press machine. (and also a pull up bar) Maybe i can combine something with that. Also do i need some supplements or is a fat burner the solution? I go to kickboxing 3 times a week, it's pretty fucking intense cardio. We do all sorts of shit, running, push ups, burpees. The next few days i'm really sore. So that should be my cardio. I just started with the classes so i haven't seen any results yet. And i don't know what/when to expect. But i guess it should go paired with a good diet. So i don't wanna make the same mistake as before going around doing random stuff. I really want results now. I'm even willing to make a small donation trough paypal if somebody can help me archieve this. I'm fucking clueless.. Sorry for the post, but hopefully there's someone out there that could help me. Peace players! *EDIT i added some more examples of the pyshique i'm aiming towards* |

The guy in the top pick is Anthony Pettis....a world class (current) UFC Champion...I can only assume he is in the gym training (weight, striking, grappling, or otherwise) a minimum of 6 days a week simply because his fitness is his actual job...so you no longer going to the gym isn't going to help to get you closer to a world class champion's physique
That being said...its all about diet...even though you work a 9-5...you SHOULD get a break or two (If you don't let us know) for 2 healthy meals...if you want to become shredded you should follow the GLL diet as close as possible...No sugar for certain...absolutely none...you should also go to the gym...I have a log...I'm about 205lbs now but when I started I was skinny fat at 170lbs and I cut down to 159lbs and I was pretty shredded...I was also in the gym 7 days a week (4 days for weight training 3 days abs and cardio)...You can be cut down on your body fat with diet...but going the the gym really expedites the process But the main thing is No sugar...you can also stop consuming carbs like me as well...cutting down is easier than putting on weight (for most people) but it isn't fun ...it takes a shit ton of discipline and hard work...you also need to make sure you are in a caloric deficit...meaning you have to eat less than what your body needs to maintain you current weight...you can find calorie calculators online...that will roughly calculate how much calories you need based on your age height weight and activity level....there are a few articles on diet alternatives/recommendations here on GLL..things like almons/cashews...salmon...stevia sweetner...eggs...avoiding cereal...give them a read Good Luck |

Thanks for the reply, it makes a bit more sense. Yes i got time for 2 healthy meals. I got a microwave i can use and theres stuff i can cook the night before, i even have a refrigerator i can use. But the thing is i don't know what food i should eat what current time. If you could explain that it would make more sense. Specially food with low carbs is a bitch to find. And i'm super confused with the GLL diet. Am i supposed to wake up take a fat burner + bcaa go to school and do nothing? It also says i should get a whey shake after my workout but i won't work out untill 7pm. (when my kickboxing/mma starts) So the whole diet becomes confusing to me, if somebody could elaborate on that i'd appreciate it. Also i have no clue how to count calories and that sort of stuff. You could help me a lot by giving me an proper example. Maybe the diet that you used. Would be appreciated homie ![]() Peace. *Oh and btw that's not anthony pettis, but his little brother Sergio pettis who's currently in the ufc ![]() |

dude you have no idea how much you just helped me with this, i appreciate it a LOT!
Exactly what i needed, makes total sense now. I'm gonna give this one a try. I got a few more answers though. what fat burner + bcaa can you reccomend me? I think the XTEND one is good the one chris suggested. But we don't have acces to lipodrene here so i need something else. Also do you think all these supps are really neccesary to create the psyhique above? Or is it possible without and just following that diet? |

Guys, he's 140 pounds. He does not need to be losing weight at the moment.
Your focus should definitely be a bulk or a body recomposition at the very least (Lift and eat more)

I didn't read this entire thread, but I did see two things:
5'9 and 140 pounds. (I graduated high school at those stats). I'm a good 25-30 pounds heavier than that at the same height with sub 10% body fat, and I'm not massive or shredded by a long stretch. You need to put weight on now. Fuck the abs. Don't put on weight so fast that your body fat sky rockets though, tough to take the fat off. I'm not going to go into details of how you put on weight without putting on much body fat, because I'm not good for that knowledge. Someone here will enlighten you though. Just wanted to chime in and say 140 pounds is way too small… Guys will laugh at your six-pack at 140 pounds. Girls won't be impressed either. future hall-of-famer

So I graduated high school 5'10" at 140 lbs and college at 160 lbs men can continue to grow until they're about 24. You should probably be doing a good solid upper body workout 2-3 times a week using low reps and 3-5 sets shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Eat lots of eggs, and BEEF screw the chicken we're not girls lol just kidding but add beef you need it

bulk up more
eat a lot of meat with some brown rice, bread, other carb sources. you should be eating atleast around 2500-2700 calories (doesnt really matter just eat) after you reach around 160 to 170 lbs cut down by following this www.goodlookingloser.com/more/archive/en...r-gets-ripped-2012// |

He probably doesn't have enough muscle in his abs to show unless he's like 7% body fat. That should not be a priority until he puts on some more lean mass. Definitely bulk the fuck up. Don't get fat. Don't eat too much. You should lift hard and eat about a 500 caloric surplus each day |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
