Started the 30 days of discipline program.
Day 1: complete. Was motivated at the gym. Squats on Smith machine: 10 singles with 90 kg + 3 heavy lockouts with 140 kg Behind the neck push press: complete failure, I felt I was going to get injured because my form was shitty. Instead I did 10-10-9 on the Scott press with 10 kg. Baseball curls: 3x12 with 10 kg EZ skullcrushers: 3x12 with 30 kg Now is time to eat something but the fridge is almost empty lol. I'll go for some eggs, protein protein protein! I have to be careful about my diet and eat enough to gain muscle mass. ^^ Goals for 2014:
- Complete the 30 days of discipline program (10 days in) - Follow the Body of a Spartan program for 6 months (1 month in, training log: www.goodlookingloser.com/forums/the-gym-...diet-log-pics-inside ) - Be able to approach random girls: still struggling - Start meditation (work in progress) - Do Kegels 5X/week (started but not consistent yet) |

Squats (Smith machine): 5x5 (80kg) Military press: 5x5 (35 kg) Barbell curl: 2x12 (25 kg) + 1x4 (muscular failure - 30 kg) + 1x7 at 30 kg Farmer walk with dumbbells: 3 walks (28kg in each hand) Goals for 2014:

PAPAPAPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Level up! Hit a personal record in the gym today!
Behind the neck press (fixed my form): 5.5 (35 kg) Close grip bench press: 3.5 (50 kg) and... Deadlift: 5.5 (80kg) + 1 single at 90kg + 1 single at 100kg. Might sound stupid to some people but I never thought I'd lift 100 kg as early, I'll never even weight that heavy hahaha. Goals for 2014:

Skipped yesterday, my team was playing. Replaced today's program by Tuesdays' because I need to focus on my chest. I was fired up!
Monday: Squats 10 singles 70 kg Behind the neck press 5x5 30 kg + 3 singles 35 kg Baseball curls 3x10 12.5 kg Ez skullcrushers 1x12 30 kg + 2x12 35kg Today: Deadlift 10 singles 100 kg Bench press 5x5 60 kg + 10 singles 62.5 kg Flies 3x12 10 kg Lats pulldowns 3.10 50 kg Goals for 2014:

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
