alright, I gained 8 lbs, but probbly most of it fat...
I got a job where I mostly sit at a desk and I used to do tons of mountainbiking... plus, it doesn't help that whenever I go out I drink beer... I know you guys recommend hiitng the weights and cutting carbs... I rarely see you guys advocate running or biking, is there a reason? I think I've gotten fatter, though I seem to be just as strong as I was before. Someone told me that strength is partly mental and that you can lose muscle mass but still retain the strength because your neurons are used to firing that way. (Don't know if this is true or the person just said it to make me feel better.) I am trying to get to the gym 4 days a week. Made it 3 last week. I am also trying to eat more vegetables as I get really hungry at work. I'll eat huge salads as the fill me up. Before I was eating sandwiches, hot dogs and ethnic foods. Years ago, I did physical labor and would eat buritos and all the other guys called me skinny. |

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
