What a fucking idiot. If course that's just a guess! It means the vast majority and I have no fucking clue if it's 75% or 95%, but who cares.
If you're only doing 5 sets of 5 you have to start out very heavy of you're wasting your workout. Intelligent or not, you have to do the lift, and it's dangerous in the long run. A pyramid is much safer. Why did I even bother to come back to the board full of clowns anyways? 6' 1" - 245lbs - 11% BF

I'm sorry. you just seemed very confident in your unsupported claim. You can do them all the 5x5 workouts heavy, or you can do it like 75% intensity one day and 80-85% intensity another day (the texas method). Also, I'm going to point out that 5x5 is no more dangerous than anything else if you're not an imbecile when it comes to training. My guess is that (going by his passion) Cappy's technique is probably crap and can't handle heavier weights without injuring himself. That's why he likes a pyramid that fatigues him first so he can't lift as heavy. 5x5 is not dangerous kids. I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
