Transcend, if you're really new to all this, I'm almost as newb as you! As for the stretch, I'm thinking that while time under tension (TUT) is good, I've heard lots of good results coming from guys who just stretch manually. My thinking is that constant stretching under harder tension mimicks the manual stretching action for longer periods of time. I'll keep people posted to see how it works for me. I emphasize FOR ME. Everyone gains differently. Find what works and stick with it!
As for your plan, it sounds pretty good to me! I'd ask around about doing BM before SG work, though. I like to finish with the BM as that gets blood back into my stretched and tired member. But if you find it works, do it! Also, the rest days... absolutely essential. Good that you've planned them so well! The key, as everyone around here will tell you, is consistency.
SG: 5.5 hours under moderately high tension, BM 15 minutes.
Total SG time: 134 hours.
I also like to stretch manually throughout the day when I'm not wearing the extender, just to keep things from turtling and keep the penis knowing who's boss (yeah, right).
Can't do much in the way of work with the devices this weekend, but I'll be making up for it with manual stretches and extra kegeling all day. Hopefully I can see some gains when I measure again in a week. But real life kinda sucks sometimes when you have a goal. :-/
So, I got a question. Upon my many manual stretches during the day (every time I take a piss I like to pull for a few minutes just to make it worth it) I noticed my scrotum reaches about a quarter of the way up my dick. I wouldn't mind if I could figure out how to make it go away. But I have no clue how to do this. Is it normal during your first few months of PE, or is it something that doesn't really happen all that often and would require surgery to fix (nope. nope nope nope.) Hopefully it'll go away as my skin stretches, but I'd like to speed that along if at all possible.
Also, today I added the half inch bars on my SG! Got it on almost max tension currently and I'm seriously feeling a good stretch for the first time in a couple of weeks. I hope this translates into gains!
By the way, I've noticed some lighter discoloration just underneath the head of my penis and I've got a question or two about that. First, I'm assuming it's because of the stretching I'm doing. Is it a sign that it's working? Like, the longer the band of discoloration the more the penis is growing? Second, I don't really mind the discoloration, but if I ever did, how could I get rid of it. I'm not concerned about it, but if it gets to be huge (like I'm hoping!) then it might become unsightly.
But the main question is the first one. Is it a sign that I'm doing it right?
