Good day, all. Looking to add length/girth on my poorly underused member, ready for the long haul and dedicated to the progress I hope to see, but being realistic in my expectations (i.e., I'm doing this consistently, not looking for instant results as they really don't exist).
Male, Age 32, dating (it's complicated... no sex, so it's gonna be a private thing, but hoping to get her back in bed after some ridiculous drama that was all my fault... want to be bigger and thicker for when we finally do get back into the horizontal action), recently quit smoking with the use of e-cigarettes, 220 lbs, about 25% body fat (working on that, too. Lifting and cardio) college student.
Bone pressed stretched, flaccid: 6.75 in.
non bone pressed stretched, flaccid: 5.75 in.
Erect, bone pressed: 5.8 in.
Erect, non-bone pressed: 5.5 in.
Hope to get a big boost in length, maybe 1.5-2 inches, but at around 5 inches in girth, so if I grow proportionately, I'll be happy!
I've been lurking for a while on the forums, and decided to throw in a thread for my progress and any tips you all could throw my way! I love this community... you guys are helpful and encouraging in ways that I hadn't expected!
So this is what I've been doing so far:
1/9: SG 4 hours
1/11: SG 4 hours
1/12: 1 hour (very busy that day!)
1/13: SG 3.5 hours
1/14: SG 5.5 hours
1/15: Bathmate came in! Decided to just use that to gague what I needed to do. Used it for 15 minutes, went in flaccid.
1/16: SG 4 hours, BM 15 minutes flaccid
1/18: SG 5 hours, BM 20 minutes hard (just to see what would happen)
1/19 Off (Wanted too, but RL intrudes even the best laid plans)
So, total of 27 hours with the SG. Still working on today.
Any advice or tips (just the tips... heheh) anyone wants to give, lemme know! Thanks!
The longest I have been able to wear my SG in a day was 6 hrs and that was over a 8 hr time period. I have found something that HELPS a lot. The ACE bandage helps with slippage and that was one of my issues at first.. It is a learning curve for sure for sure!
Thanks, croftiee! I've actually been struggling with that slippage. I thought it was because I was stretching too much, but I'll try that fix tomorrow. Skin on that plastic doesn't have the traction that I want to see. However, I was snowed in today so I was able to get some good time in at any rate.
I'm taking the next couple of days off to recover and load up on l-citrulline. That stuff is pretty damn good... better EQ, morning wood for the first time in a long time, and my weight lifting pumps are pretty damn nice!
if ur new thats a good plan to take things slow. eventually u wanna kick up sg usage to at least 8 hrs
as for slippage baby powder is good. my current setup is the foam pad, velcro mod and ace bandage strips. i dont do ace wraps like some guys here and on other forums. i just cut up 3 thin strips to add some friction
Thanks, Z! I am relatively new to this whole PE thing, but this forum and others I've found are amazing sources of info, tips, and hints. I love this community! So far the ace bandage thing is working for me. I am having a bit of trouble with "cold head" if that makes sense. I find that if I get a semi and do some kegels every half hour or hour then blood flow isn't too restricted, but I'm wondering if its normal for a cold head after a while of SG work. Of course, after my SG I always try to get and maintain a full erection to get blood flowing and to restore the tissues. Any tips to make sure that I don't get too much blood flow restriction during SG work?
Also, L-citrulline kicks ass! All this weekend my penis hung lower in flaccid state, and was a bit more full during erections as well. I think the increased blood flow all weekend helps not only general health of the penis but recovery time as well as... ahem... load size. I'll keep posting about it.
