Hey dude! Normally I do a one day on one day off with the bathmate. And then five days in a row with the SG. So I normally split up a 20 min bathmate session into AM and PM session of 10 minuets each. And on the days I do bathmate and SG. What I do is wait 10 mins after my AM bathmate session and then put on the sg for 6+ hours. And then take Saturday and Sunday off from SG.

I actually figured that tension thing out on my own when I first got it. I did two days of trying everything out before I started wearing it everyday. But I saw the video last night and it is good that you put that up there for guy's who might not know about that.

OK I have not updated this at all since last month.
From the 3rd of december to the 7th of december I wore my extender for 6 hours each day. Work got super hectic and busy for me so I couldn't wear the extender so from the 8th all the way to the new year I took a break from wearing the extender completely. 1-2-12: 3 hours (trying to get back into the swing of things) 1-3-12:6 hours 1-4-12:6 hours Now that the new year is out of the way I can commit to doing this 5 days a week again. I couldn't be more excited about it. |

1-8-13:6 hours 1-9-13:8 hours 1-10-13:6 hours 1-11-13:6 hours 1-15-13:9 hours 1-16-13:8 hours From now on I am going to wear it for 8+ hours a day. wear it for 8 while at work and when I do the BM at night try and wear it right after for another 1-2 hours. I started out at 4 inches length hard measured last night and now up to 5.3 inches in length. I am sure between the BM, size genetics and losing weight on Chris's diet that all played into it. My goal is to eventually get it up to 7-8 inches and close to 6 inches of girth. I am at 5 inches of girth atm. |
