Ok so since I did a Bathmate log I am going to do a SG log as well since I use both products.
So I don't really know how much tension I have on at the moment but it what I have been using for the past couple weeks. Also at the moment I am using the fewest bars. 10-22-12: 2 hours 10-23-12: 2 hours 10-24-12: 4 hours 10-25-12: 1 hour 10-28-12: 6 hours 11-7-12:2 hours 11-8-12: 4 hours 11-9-12: 6 hours 11-12-12: 6 hours I am very excited to see where I am at in 5-6 months of using this in conjunction with the Bathmate and also with losing weight on Chris's mentor program. |

11-13-12: 6 hours (I also increased my tension on this day about 3 full turns on the thumb screws)
11-14--12: 6 hours 11-15-12: 6 hours 11-16-12:6 hours 11-19-12:6 hours (I also increased tension another 3 full turns today) It is def super easy to wear now at work. And I also lift heavy stuff at work with it on with no problems. |

Seriously anyone who does not have one of these for doing PE is missing out. It is so easy to use and almost takes no effort other then putting it on everyday.

Right now I am doing 5 day on monday-friday for 6 hours a day. And then give myself two days off. And it is working out great for me so far. And I am going to start wearing it for 8+ hours at the start of December.

how do u use it to keep it comfortable? for me, the dickhead gets blue and turns pretty cold, and it hurts... not fun

Well I put some tissue paper on the plastic base where you strap the head of your dick to. And I also put the foam pad around bottom of the head of my dick. so when I pull the comfort strap all the way down I have a lot of cushion on my dick so I can wear it for 5-6 hours with no pain. and when my dick goes cold, I just take it off for about two minuets and pull on my dick to get some blood back into it. And then put it back on and I am good to go. And I use a timer on my iphone to have it on for exact times.

ive tried tissue paper and the foam pad as well... still hurts for me.. maybe ive got too much tension?

2-3 hours is how long I wear it before I take it off and get the blood back into my dick. Doing kegals while wearing it helps to.
