Hey guys, so I've been wearing my SG for about 2-3 weeks now just sitting down and basic walking and so far so good, but I was wondering if anyone actively works out while wearing it? I started out doing basic workouts pullups/pushups/high rep(low weight) sets and so far I feel fine (only workout that feels awkward with shorts on is squats since the shorts pull the SG) but I'd like to know if there's any risks in raising the weight/going harder?
I wear it on arm days because I stand for most of the exercises. I wear loose fitting adidas pants.
On any other day, I'm sitting or lying down at some point, and personally I can't do that with sg on because it ruins my focus and feels uncomfortable.
The issue I have is that when I take SG off for a blood flow break, I have to stop what I'm doing and go to the bathroom to wash my hands first. I don't want germs from the weights getting on my dick. But this ends up taking time. I figure it's still worth it to get that extra 2 hrs of stretch.
