Just crossed 1000 hours in the SG and my bathmate x40 arrived today. My plan is to use the BM every other day, while logging my next 1000 hours.
I started using SG May 12, 2014 and logged 1,000 hours today December 11, 2014. My goal is to hit 2000 hours by May 2015 on or before the 1 year mark . I'll update my measurement tomorrow before using the Bathmate. Fl 4 FL +1" FLBP 5 FLBP +0.875 FLBPS 7 N/A (did not measure originally) FG 4.5 FG +.2 EL 5.875 EL +.875 ELBP 6.75 ELBP +1.5 EG 5.5 No Gain Used bathmate for the first time today, entered flaccid for about 7 minutes broken up in a handful of mini sessions because I'm getting used to the device, and because of the intense pressure at times, was definitely a little cautious because I'd rather be safe than sorry. Girth Measurement after 1st bathmate use. Flaccid 5.5 Erect 5.75 Can barely get into size genetics flaccid after bathmate, and had to remove one bar because stretch not as good, hopefully this leads to more permanent gains. I plan on using the bathmate every other day, and will also move measurements up to every 1.5 months rather than every 3 months to see how bathmate is incorporating into routine. |

December had it's share of distractions, but I was still able to log some decent hours. Cross the 1000 hour mark and make some progress. I started using the bathmate X40 on December 11th and have begun to get the hang of it. At first getting suction was a challenge, but after trimming the pubes and learning to push the unit up rather than in, it appears to be doing much better. I haven't begun tracking bathmate usage at this point, because I was having so many challenges getting in more than a minute before losing suction. Now that I've learned to use the device a little better I'll begin keeping that as well however I only plan to use every other day, as length is still my primary focus.
And the goal is to log another 1000 hour prior to May 12, 2015 which will give me 2000 hours my first year of use. January Update... Got in some pretty good usage this month, purchased a new longer Stealth For Men sheath to continue to heal in extended state. Slowly incorporating the bath mate, I'd like to use the BM a little more - but I'm unable to fit in the SG after pumping in the bath mate and because length is my primary goal at the moment. I'll continue to use BM only when it makes sense and when time allows it.

February Log and measurement...
February was a break through month in regards to time wearing the SG. 1500 hours is a major milestone, and I'm 100% on pace to reach 2000 hours in 12 months. Not to bad for a former skeptic. The biggest lesson I've learned from this process is the power of consistency and the power of a made up mind. I'm still dealing with a lot of dryness, but I'm not letting that stop me. Don't let anything stop you either! Getting close to 2000 hours and 1 year of SG use. It's crazy to think there was a time I was skeptical about PE. Once I cross 2,000 hours I plan on adding hanging into the mix. My hope is to gain another inch from hanging and cement my gains. I'm starting with a bit bigger starting stats than you(NBPFL 3.6", NBPEL 5.5", BPEL 6", EG 5.3"), and this gave me hope to buy a SG and dump my shitty and overpriced PF. I'm looking forward to see some gains in flaccid size, and seeing you get 1" more gives so much hope to me. My final goal is 8x6. Do you manual stretches by any chance? Because I think you could easily reach 2"+ with the combo Manuals + SG + BM. Keep it hung brother! Nice consistency! ![]() |

Hey @hungasian, sorry I'm just getting back to you, I don't really check this site very often and was actually considering abandoning posting here because there's a lack of interaction on the PE side of this forum. To answer your question, no I don't really do any manual work at all, I don't see any reason to do manuals if your going to sell out and be consistent with a all day stretching device. (thanks for the compliment on the consistency side - I would not have been as consistent if it weren't for having a sense of duty to let skeptics find out if PE "really" works.)
I recently picked up a Length Master and am doing enhanced manuals with that device. My goal changes who doesn't want 8x6 lol - but, I'd be satisfied with 7" inches of NBPEL. Bone pressed doesn't really matter to me, it's always going to be bigger bone pressed. But a solid seven with no pressing into a fat pad at all would be plenty. Since I started with 5.5" girth I don't really have a girth goal, once I begin focusing on that, we'll see but I expect 6.25 or so to come because I get there with the BM even though I've only used it a handful of times. I'd say good luck but if you're consistent you won't need it. So just do it someone's going to - why not you? |

April log...
My 1st year of SG use comes to a close on May 12, I will provide an update an measurement at that time. In April I added the VLC with the SG - still working to get the hang of it with the SG, but its definitely a good value with the MOS discount. It's super covert just using it with the leg strap, and can easily be worn - I definitely get more tension with the SG and the standard strap, but I'll continue to use and see how it goes. I also purchased the LM this month because it's been my plan to begin incorporating hanging after the first year of SG use, I've already begun using it and have included the hanging log in this post. One year of consistent PE is in the books - began 5/12/14 logged 2023 hours extended in SG. Began hanging 4/23/15 so far have logged 24 hours at 8lbs. In one calendar year logged 2047 hours of extending, this is the equivalent to a full time job or 40 hours per week with a one week vacation.
I can't say that I'm thrilled or amazed by the results, but I am happy with them and I'm definitely proud of the consistency. What would have thrilled me would have been over an inch in EL - nothing against BPEL, but EL is my priority. I'm considering taking a small deconditioning break to benefit from decon but mainly to care for dry skin and callus that has developed on glans- been moisturizing, and has improved but has not really had a chance to heal. I will definitely keep going, and I may check in from time to time - but I won't keep this log going here each month, because of the lack of engagement. This community is awesome, but the focus is not on PE - I wish you guys all the confidence you need to achieve your goals. I hadn't updated this log in almost a year. I'm still at it and still super consistent. Currently I'm at 3,640 hours. I was stuck at 6.875 BPEL for almost a year. I've finally broke through that, just staying consistent. I've been using the Bathmate for 3 sessions of 5 minutes a day for 5 days a week for about a month. I think that's actually what helped me break my plateau. Currently I'm just about 7.125 BPEL.
Ultimately, passive devices like the SG work, but you've got to be consistent, patient, and just keep strapping that shit on. When I hit my plateau I just kept going and doing it. I looked at it as at least I'll cement what I've done. But at this point, it's such a habit and its not something I think to much about. I only think about it when I'm not using it, like damn I need to get some hours in... My goal is to break 4000 hours by mid May, that will be 2000 hours a year for 2 years. At that point I'll be doing either hanging or using the length master for an hour a day, backed up with SG use. Active PE like hanging and the length master are tough to get the time. I definitely prefer passive PE, there's no excuse not to do it - for me anyway. Keep going and growing! |
