What's up guys! I've known about PE for years, however when I learned about it from a poor online source that set REALLY unrealistic expectations. I stretched and jelqed for about 2 months and noticed no results, it also appeared that it was impacting my erection quality so I left it alone. As I mentioned the online source claimed very quick gains so with that I never really got started. But you know how it is, once an idea is planted in your mind it doesn't go away and while I'd been a skeptic for years. I've decided there is only one way to find out the truth through consistent action.
So I'm starting this log as a resource for skeptics like me. I'll be updating it monthly and update measurements every 90 days. My current routine is minimal manual stretches to warm up then using the Size Genetics extender. Outside of the SG I'm also wearing the Stealth For Men virtually all the time to heal in an extended state. Starting Stats: FL 3 FLBP 4.125 FG 4.3 EL 5 ELBP 5.25 EG 5.5 April 17th stealth arrived size D26 Size Genetics arrived May 12th 12-May 2.5 hours 13-May 2.5 hours 14-May 2.5 hours 15-May 3 hours 16-May 3 hours 17-May 3 hours 18-May 3 hours 19-May 0 hours 20-May 4.5 hours 21-May 4.5 hours 22-May 4 hours 23-May 2 hours 24-May 3 hours 25-May 3 hours 26-May 3.5 hours 27-May 4 hours 28-May 4.5 hours 29-May 4 hours 30-May 4 hours 31-May 3 hours May total 63.5 hours To this point I've logged 123 hours and missed one day. I will post June's log when the month is over. So I've averaged about 4 hours per day. Based on my schedule and lifestyle it seems that about 4 to 6 hours is the max time I have available for consistent extending. Please feel free to comment if you have any advice or suggestions. |

June update... Definitely starting to see some changes. It appears that the left side is growing faster than the right and I've started to develop a curve. But I believe this happened based on how I was securing the head in the comfort strap. I believe I'd been at about twisted clock wise at about 3 o'clock and have now begun to stretch the counter clock at 9 o'clock will report back, when I know for sure.

July Update - Last month I mentioned that I was starting to see some uneven gains. The solution I mentioned definitely is evening me back out. August 12th will mark my 1st 3 months using the SG, as promised I will update my measurements and let you know of any progress.

As of 8/12 - I have 3 months of SG use and as promised I will be updating my measurements and my progress every 3 months. Below is a current update of my stats this is based on an average of 4.95 hours per day of use. If you're reading this do you have any feedback?

September update... Ok guys another month down, definitely feeling like I'm getting close to being able to add another bar - that's the goal for October with a measurement.
Experienced some soreness this month, a small cuts - coconut oil is a great remedy for this. Get yourself some, I've been able to be fine by the next day just by using it. See you next month! October results... October was a bit of a rough month, had a few minor injuries. To the Frenulum, (the piece of skin on the underside of my dick that connects the head to the shaft). At first it was tender, then started to kind of scab up, then got a small tear. It happened twice this month. I think from all the pulling my skin was getting a little dry.
So now I'm making sure the skin is a little moisturized but not so much to create slippage. Next measurement will happen on the 12th of this month will report back then with the results. That's awesome, 6 months and those length gains are great. I'm a little over one month and 175 hours and I'm just starting to see some additional length. Where do you keep tension?

Thanks @Mitch I appreciate it! I only use max tension. If I'm going to wear it, why do anything less, is my attitude about it. I adjust the SG so that it's the same length as my stretched out dick, then I stretch into the device. When you strap in already stretched out, you should be virtually at max tension. You can then adjust the thumb screws for even slightly more tension, and to extend as your dick gets used to the stretch during a session.
