Anyone who has logged more than 1,000 hours with your extender please provide the following informaton:
1. How many total hours have you used your extender? 2. Which strap was most comfortable for you (and how did you deal with slippage)? 3. Which extender did you use? 4. What other devices or PE exercises did you do (what was your PE routine)? 5. What was you schedule (days on days off) 6. What results did you receive in total? Many logs and threads list feelings about certain PE techniques. It would be cool to have a number of people who have worn their extenders more than 1,000 hours (hopefully some far longer) list their actual results so that we will be able to create patterns of results. |

I am starting to correlate growth provided by an extender to hours worn not days, weeks, months, or even years of use. I have seen calculations of experienced extender users saying 1" equals 1,500 to 2,500 hours. Clearly that's a huge amount of time but seems to be the only "real magic bullet" to success that I have seen from those who have added 2+ inches. It also seems to pretty much work across the board. Of course, doing manual stretching and jelqing also are needed. Even wearing your extender 7 to 8 hours per day 5 days per week that would total 150 hours per month average or 1,800 hours a year (150 hours x 12 months = 1,800 hours worn) if you were extremely consistent. That would mean 2 or more years to hit the requisite 2 inches and probably why the majority of extender users to do hit 2 inches. Boxxy, EXCELLENT JOB!!! 1,000 hours is a serious commitment. How long would it take to hit 1,000 hours wearing my extender 2 hours per day?
I order the X4 Quad 4 control system. I really hope that makes 6, 8, 10, even 12 hours possible... |

the study's show a minimum of 4 to 6 hours 6 days a week. but it's not just wearing it, its constantly increasing the tension to uncomfortable levels.....

don't expect much from the quad support system. Like I said in another thread, it just gives you more of the same, either noose, comfort strap or Velcro. I did the Velcro mod on my x4 and use a foam ring on my glands, works pretty decent so far. |

No really, its actually more of what you already received with the x4. It wont change how the device fits. I do 5+ hours a day. my first two days were 4 hours. I put it at the middle line for tension still. I've been doing intense manuals since july 13th so my dong is used to the pressure. |

Defiantly slowed down that's for sure. I just started using an extender last Wednesday so obviously nothing from that yet but I'm real confident its going to give me some decent gains, feeling lots of fatigue that I haven't felt in a while. I'm an 1/8 under 6 nbpel now so all in all I'm very very happy with my gains and just about hit my goal of 6. Not bad considering I started at 4.25 nbpel.
