I don’t have a log but I just took the minimum dosage of each SARM for 12 weeks.

Allright fellas. Decided to put shirtless on back burner as suggested. I'm in the process of bulking up before I post any of those. In the meantime I'm approaching things from a different angle which is a cool guy

Absolutely get better photos with a DSLR if you can. The only one that's remotely usable is the first one.

Rooster's guide is still good. It hits on all of the fundamentals (have good pics, message a lot of girls to improve results, etc), however his guide focuses mainly on POF, which I personally don't recommend for getting laid on-line, but YMMV |

Well you don't really need too much of a guide for online dating. His advice for taking pictures is definitely outdated at this point, but there isn't much strategy at all when it comes to what you say. As long as you're asking lots of girls to hang out with you, you'll get the ones that are sexually available and like your look. The best guide I've ever seen for Tinder is Will Freeman's at Revolutionary Lifestyle Design. He has an ebook that is kind of expensive, but I've sent to my high school friend and my little brother and BOTH of them got laid within 2 weeks of using it. Straight up they'd never hooked up with a girl from online dating before, and it only took 2 weeks. BUT, they both put in some fucking work and actually made an effort. The guide just gave them a road map so they knew what to spend their time on (taking pictures and messaging tons of girls) EDIT: btw, the dating apps that get me laid the most in my city, in order: 1. CoffeeMeetsBagel / Tinder (tied) 2. Hinge 3. Bumble 4.OkCupid I'm also on The League (got approved right away for free because of my looks/style/business owner status), but I've only been on 2 dates from it in a few months, because on my free account I only get 3-4 swipes per day. Also my look is not optimized for golddiggers because I look a little rough around the edges. My look isn't clean cut at all, and those are chicks looking for finance-type guys. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

@Fahad: Gimme a couple months, I'm half-way through a 5-part guide on getting laid efficiently on Tinder. It's 14,594 words so far, so it's going to be very fucking thorough.

I think I should make another thread cuz I think it would help everyone, I think we need a guide based more on the "look" we have.
