of the 4 pics- I'd say #2 is the best. How's your progress with working out been so far? If you really want to make the biggest positive impact for the most long term potential, I would go completely all in at the gym for at least a few months. Cut down the BF% as much as you can, get some extra sleek clothes (yours aren't bad tho), and take some new pics. You can work with what you have now, its not bad or anything, but you'll be in a much better spot 3, 6, or 12+ months from now. It's what I did several years ago, started at 215lb+ with not much luck on pof, then cut down and it made a big difference with new pics |
