Gonna pile on (with love): You look terrible. BUT you could ABSOLUTELY become a slayer if you're willing to put in the work. If you're willing to do what is necessary, in a year (maybe two), you will look back at these photos and think: "Jesus Christ, I can't believe I used to look like that."
The formula is LOOK GOOD + Talk to Girls = Get Laid. You are missing a vital component of the formula. You need to get a gym membership if you don't already have one, go to said gym 4 times per week, and start eating right. Those things should be non-negotiable, starting tomorrow. But that said, I know I've seen your pics posted here before, and it was quite a while ago too. So my question is, why haven't you taken any action to improve yourself? Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.

I appreciate the honesty. Fix looks how... Obviously diet exercise. I got down to 150lbs before, so I can do it again. Hardest part is fixing diet that I can stick to. But besides that what else can I actually do besides like clothes lol. I can't change my hair or bone structure. |

Dude, you cannot even fathom how big a difference getting lean will make.
It would blow your fucking mind. Yes, NOTHING is more important than low bodyfat. Low bodyfat doesn't guarantee that you'll be good looking (low bodyfat + muscle will do that), but it is by a massive margin, the single most beneficial thing you can do to make yourself more attractive. I truly cannot emphasize this enough. It's difficult to wrap your head around until you experience it yourself. I went from 225lbs at 6'1" and INVISIBLE to women, to 180lbs about 15% bodyfat and that alone had girls calling me cute. I became "hot" when I upgraded my style, used minox to develop a better beard, and got my grooming game down. However, the less muscle you have, the harder it's going to be to lose fat. You really need to combine eating in a caloric deficit with lifting weights 5 days a week. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

So here's something really important:
You can be a really low weight, but still look bad because you have a fair amount of bodyfat and not very much muscle. This has a big effect on how your face looks. Let me give you an example: me 180lbs when I was 20 (as you can see, I've THOROUGHLY explored "being funny" as a means to getting laid, too): Here's a photo I took just now, ALSO at 180lbs. Notice how my face looks unexplainably better? That's a combination of my haircut, my facial hair, and most importantly my ration of bodyfat to muscle. Literally the exact same weight, but back then I looked like crap. Not too far from where you were in your 150lbs photo. See how my face is kind of soft and undefined? That's where you're at now. You can make huge improvements from here. Muscle and bodyfat affect your face just as much as your body. I hate when guys say dumb shit like "whats the point of having a six pack, you can't show it off if you're wearing clothes!" *buzzer sound* wrong! It changes your whole body Does that make more sense? You're trying to get your bodyfat down, not your weight. I'd wager $100 that in your 150lbs photo you didn't have anything close to resembling a six pack. Just skinny with some fat and no muscle Does that make more sense now? Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

I mean I think you look fine in either pic. Definitely better in the 2nd, but I figured that would be due to age difference, hair, facial hair. I don't really understand how having more muscle affects the face. Obviously lower body fat makes sense. I was doing Jim Stoppani's shortcut to shred in that 150lb pic. Any particular program you would recommend for cutting, then for adding muscle?
Funny enough, even though you think I looked like shit in that leaner pic, I actually was having some cute girls approach randomly when going about my daily life. |

"Fine" isn't good enough, though. Back then getting anyone to sleep with me was a huge struggle. I did get laid, but only about 5 girls a year. And while obviously I wasn't hitting on as many girls as I did during my GLL journey, I still went to a shitload of parties and hit on a shitload of girls. Back then girls wouldn't compliment my appearance. These days I'd say at least once a month some woman tells me I'm handsome without me even doing anything. The other thing is right now, I'm not even that low bodyfat. I wish I had more photos from when I had a six pack, but I was too busy actually hanging out with chicks to bother taking photos. Why does muscle gain affect your face? Because your face is covered in muscles, too. Just like it's covered in fat. Oh and as for a program?
I wish I fucking knew, man. Bodybuilding has always been the HARDEST part of the GLL lifestyle for me. I have to do a lot more work to get in shape than 90% of guys I know. I just hit compound lifts 4 days a week (should be more, but I always had other stuff going on that got in the way) and try to eat 180g of protein a day from clean sources (greek yogurt, meat, whey protein). I also did like 4 SARM cycles and 4 steroid cycles. I can't give you advice on cutting because I've always sucked at it. But every year I get a little closer to my ideal physique because the most important thing is TRY TO LIFT WEIGHTS EVERY DAY. You'll naturally miss some days, but unless you're a maniac you're not going to overtrain. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

I would say, get a trainer at the gym. The one that is shredded himself - he knows best what works and what does not. He will teach you how to train without getting injured in process and keep you accountable.
