Hey, dont even worry about burning too many calories by doing any kind of cardio training.
For example if you run like 30 min you will burn like 200-500kcal give or take.... it depends on so many factors, you can never be sure how many calories you burn, but it doesnt matter, you can easily eat 500-1000 kcal if you need to even in a single meal.
What im saying, its easy as hell to eat a lot kcal, dont worry about that. If you got some troubles eating, try with peanut butter, its healthy fat and its easy to eat and a lot of kcal if you need it in your diet.
