personally if I was you I would highly consider Tampa, Florida. Its going to be hot as balls during the summer but when I went to visit in March it was beautiful and EVERY girl is dtf and bad asf its the culture UT has very high quality women as well. The city was under tons of construction and was growing it looks like a perfect time to move there before it blows up. But at the same time people will be leaving in the summer and the heat is unbearable but you work an IT job w ac.

I went full autistic and made a table comparing different aspects of every city I’m considering moving to.
I haven’t posted about it much, but the lockdowns here in NY have seriously been impacting my quality of life and dating life. The lack of gym access (still closed in NY, with no guidelines/timeline for reopening) has really thrown off my mental health and completely destroyed my mentality for approaching and dating. I also added New Hampshire as a possible location. From a libertarian perspective, it is one of the best possible places to live in the entire world -- low taxes, few regulations, and a large libertarian community to socialize with. I’ve visited a few times and I have made friends with people there; moving there is definitely in consideration for my long term life plans. However for my current goals of an active dating life it’s pretty horrible -- most of the state is rural with small towns and a car-friendly suburban vibe. The largest city is 400k people (that’s the entire 1hr travel radius metro area). There isn’t a large college population and I get the feeling that most young women (especially the sexually open ones) move away. NH was one of the least restrictive places during the lockdowns and one of the first to fully re-open. Even during lockdowns, libertarians were having meetups with dozens of people and life was basically uninterrupted. I’m considering moving there temporarily (just a few months), to enjoy some freedom and return to normalcy, while I and see how things play out in other places. Probably of lockdows - If I’m living in an otherwise amazing place, but I can’t go to the gym and lockdowns are impacting every aspect of my dating life, it’s worth considering if that is really a good place to move to. California just re-entered a pretty severe lockdown, I’d be surprised if they aren’t in-and-out of lockdown for the rest of the year. NYC (and my current city of Buffalo) are also hard-core pro-lockdown and I wouldn't be surprised to be locked down again if there is any sort of spike this upcoming fall/winter. Austin and Miami seem like typical liberal cities, but Texas and Florida have been resistant to major lockdowns so far. Quality of life w/o lockdown - Given that I’m mostly focused on gym and dating young women right now, it’s basically a tie between any major cities. My underachieving sex life has been my primary hurdle my entire adult life and it’s the #1 thing I need to work on right now. Like Chris says, you gotta prioritize your sex life so you can get it handled and psychologically move on to other things. Finding “my scene”, being close to activities/hobbies I like, living in a place I find culturally compatible, etc. aren't really questions I can answer until I figure out this “getting laid” thing. Impact / probability of civil unrest - I probably worry about this more than I should, but rioting in my city last month canceled a few of my dates and literally cockblocked me from a girl who I had invited over. Without going into it, I don’t think we’re done with the BLM protests -- the George Floyd trial will be next year and I’m certain the cop will be acquitted -- so next year is going to have some rough times too. I really don’t want to go through the stress of riots outside my window -- at least not without an easy way to bug out while things blow over. Austin seems ideal, since even if there are riots, I can easily make friends with gun loving Texans outside the city and have a place to get away from it. Availability of datable women - This is keeping in mind that my primary dating target right now is 18-23 year old women. So large universities and easy travel to younger women living in the suburbs is ideal. From what I’ve read, NYC is great for dating 20s/30s professional women, but it doesn’t seem like that huge a younger crowd. Cost of living - I can afford any of these cities, but LA and NYC are stretching it. Like I said before, my focus is on getting laid -- I have solid savings and I'm not prioritizing living in a cheaper place. Cost / effort of moving - NYC is closest, Austin and Miami are further. LA is much further. Current Goals:
✅ Lose virginity ✅ Have sex with the same girl a second time ✅ Overcome AA ⚪ Have sex with the same girl a third time ⚪ Move to a city with better dating options by the end of 2020 ⚪ Get to 140 lbs with 10% bodyfat

I'm in Buffalo as well. I do not recommend NYC or Seattle or even Austin. The cost of living is going to have you moving back to Buffalo and shopping at the Clinton farmers market in a heartbeat. I've lived in Boston and trained there and same deal. The suburbs of most of these towns have more to offer than the cities themselves.
Can I suggest Pittsburgh? Majority of young couples and people have moved to that area because of cost, things to do and access. The weather is kind of cool, better than Buffalo in that it gives you the four seasons but the winters are not as severe. I'm a mountain biker and the trails are right outside my door in Pittsburgh as compared to me having to drive to SB or HC or DLSP for a ride. I would ask what company you work for I'd love to go mobile too. Your call. I am working on AWS currently and prob a Docker cert down the line. Forget Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas, and SLC along with Boston. I would consider Raleigh/Durham but haven't really researched. MyFitnessPal

Looks like Austin got your top grade, and if I read between the lines of what you wrote a bit, the one you're most excited about.
What's your deadline for moving? I have plenty of friends who have said they were going to move 3-5 years ago. And they're still in the same suburbs.

I don't see the cost of living as that bad in any of these places. I'm budgeting at least $1,600 for rent, that buys some nice 1 bedroom apartments in most of these places. Only $2,100 rent in LA/NYC is pushing it, but I can afford that if I can get rid of my car (which would definitely be possible in NYC). Not sure how you're defining "more of offer" but my primary factor is dating options for 18 to 23 year old women. The suburbs are pretty horrible for that. Walkable neighborhoods (preferably near urban college campuses) to approach women and walkable bars/cafes for dates near my apartment are ideal. When I read posts like this on approaching 100 girls in a day , I have not idea how to do that in a suburban place like Buffalo. Maybe at the largest mall on Black Friday or a busy day on a college campus... but you simply have to be in an urban area to have those sorts of approaching options. Yeah, Austin is really feeling like the best fit. My biggest concern is just mentally committing to making the leap. My lease expires in November, so I'm planning on leaving by then. Current Goals:

I wanted to share my thoughts again after reviewing this thread and walking around NYC in the past few weeks along with having family in Florida and the South. My friend and I had a trip to Nashville planned for August and we just found that they are shutting down their bars and nightclubs. The southern states like Florida and Texas that ignored COVID-19 and failed to take it seriously are now learning from their lessons and starting to close down more.
Two of my closest friends I have made in NYC are native Floridians (we get a lot of em up here), in the past couple months they enjoyed themselves but now? Miami is being viewed as a COVID-19 hotspot. The fear for COVID-19 is way up and the mayor even announced that they will have a shelter in place if things do not look good by end of this week. Going back to NYC with me as boots on the ground though. I have walked around Manhattan in past weeks and every block, I see a faceable chick pass by. Summer is here and women are out wearing daisy dukes and in summer clothes. Just an hour ago I went for a walk in a booming nightlife/bar area of the city, people are having drinks outdoors during a typical workday and I came across at least 10 girls on my walk there which were in the 7 to 8 range. People are going out on dates, out to eat in outdoor dining areas, and the city is slowly coming to life. We are ways off from a legitimate nightlife, that is more of a 2021 thing, but there are tons of options here for meeting women. When I go out, I almost feel like if I am not running into homeless drug addicts, I cross paths with women at least 70% of the times and 30% of the time it is dudes. Half of the dudes seem legitimately gay too so not as much competition as you would think. I compare this to my time in Atlanta where I would be lucky to run into 4 good looking women in a day even in the most prime spots and those women were well beyond stuck-up. The opportunity is definitely here for meeting women right now and it seems like we are going in the right direction in terms of recovering from COVID-19.

Calvin Klein Fine, thanks for the update. I have a friend in NYC who's reported similar improvements.
But I'm still worried about where things could go. Governor Cuomo love his COVID-19 power trip and he just implemented harsher rules on bars. It seems like a big risk to take, moving to an expensive apartment in NYC only to have life shutdown when next flu season hits. Also gyms still aren't open, and that's a critical piece of my lifestyle and approaching mentality. Even if the numbers and ratios of women are there, if I'm not in the right mental state, it will be very hard for me to approach them. Current Goals:

No San Diego on the list???
For 18-25 year old chicks??? Definitely take a trip out here. You can find 1 bedrooms easily within your budget, or get some roommates and get a ballin ass crib for well within the budget. 3-4k/mo gets you a SICK 2 bedroom or a pretty good 3 bedroom. The bars were open for a bit but now closed again for 3 weeks I guess. I don't put too much stock in it tho. There are still TONS of females walking around, on the beach, eating drinking every single day. At the end of the day, a city is what you make it. I'd rather live in a place with cool like minded people. That's my #1 priority. 24 Years Old

^True, bars being closed doesn't matter if you're in the house party scene. Frats were throwing parties every weekend of quarantine here (and from my time in Santa Barbara, I bet they were partying every day over there).

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
