My main goal before this situation was to pay off all debts, however im not working right now so its kinda not the best time (Although im still earning something and saving as much as possible)
My other goals would be to lose weight so im doing well now by doing 100 Push ups, 100 squats, 50 Pull ups a day (Working my way up to 100) and when I started I couldn't even do 50 push ups, or 10 pull ups. If this gets too easy I can add some weight in a backpack, I Also want to add in other exercises later. Im thinking of buying a skipping rope or kettlebell as well.
So now for my question, Im isolated for the whole day, and my workout takes 1 hour maximum, so I have the whole day other than that to do things but I don't know what? What are you guys filling this time with?
So what are some ideas to use this free time to good? (Ideally little or not cost)
Its funny CFC because I too am trying to pay off my debts. I don't know about you but I never wanna be in a debt situation again, especially in the face of what we are dealing with!
Do you have any idea what you would like to achieve? I am not familiar with what your goals were before the quarantine. You could spend your free time working on skills that could leas you down that path...
There are things that have a time limit of how much you can do daily, and after that point there are diminishing returns and you can burnout. You *could* workout for 6hs but I don't think it's gonna make you lose weight faster (without losing muscle)
