Hi guys! So over the last couple of years i've mainly been focused on getting laid while ignoring other important aspects of my life. I find myself at 24 pretty much ready to move onto other goals.
My main goal this year is most likely to move out of my parents house. I was wondering, how do you guys typically approach goal setting? are there any books you guys can recommend? do i divide this up into month? I don't know where to start and would love some advice. Thank you guys, much love.
To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.
I don't have the perfect answer to that, and I haven't read anything theoretical about it in a while. But looking back at the past couple of years, I've had general goals in mind, but that I've broken them down to milestones that are usually 3-4 months of time effort. I find that length long enough to get something solid done, but short enough to not get burned out.
So I'd say, pick your goal, then figure out what portion of it you think can realistically be achieved in 3-4 months, try to force some hard dead lines on yourself.
for example, I decided I wanted to study for a certification, so I studied for a couple of months, then I booked the exam two months in advance, and I went ham at it.
Or another time I was interviewing for 3-4 months straight and then I took a break because I needed to reevaluate my situation.
Make sure that you are able to quantify your work and effort. Not too much for it to be fake action, but not too loosely where you get relaxed and nothing happens.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
