I will post all my questions here so as not to clutter the forum.
1. When it comes to fat loss, what is more important, caloric intake or food choices?
Obviously both matter, but I would like an experienced take on which one should be prioritized for getting lean.
2. Anyone here with six pack abs who is decently strong, and not using performance enhancing drugs? If so, what was your starting weight and how did you manage to get cut and retain your muscle mass and strength?
I know BCAA's are recommended but I cannot consume them because they cause me irritability. For more info, Google BCAA's and irritability. I know...its fucking weird.
3. East Coasters, NY and NJ, would you happen to know of any places, Go Go bars and such, that provides cheap escorts?
I found a great place in Paterson, NJ a few weeks ago where you could fuck big booty, big titty Latinas for 60 bucks, but since such operations are illegal, has recently, and hopefully temporarily, closed down. I have failed to find any other such places using Google. I went once, fell in love with the spot, and the second time I went it was closed. A former patron disclosed that it was probably because they stopped paying the cops.
2.) For the six pack ab question, that is all going to vary from person to person. The best advice for that is just exercising and dieting for fat loss.
For reference, I am an MMA fighter, 5'5", and don't start seeing my abs until I am 140lbs. I am sure there are people the same height and weight that have more noticeable six packs or may not even have abs at all.
So just keep putting in the work and you should see results. No magic solution. Just time and effort.
