How many people here write in a journal/diary(if you want to call it that lol). I'm planning on getting one and basically just writing everything from dreams, goals, random thoughts etc. I feel like there are so many benefits from doing this. The past couple months i've been writing down dreams I had and it's so amazing going back to dreams that I completely forgot about and being able to relive them. And also I have trouble sleeping at night so I feel like putting all my thoughts down in paper would be a good way to de-stress. I feel like this should be one of the things that is recommended on GLL. The only thing i'm worried about is my family members finding it and reading it
I write semi-regularly in my log on the GLL website. It's only available to be viewed by members, so Google doesn't find it, so it's safe from friends, family, girls I'm talking to. etc
Depends how much you have to say and who you're willing to share it with. Some weeks I'll update every day, other times I'll go weeks at a time without an update.
I find it very useful for collecting my thoughts and having them all in one place. It also allows me to flip back to any given day and see how I was feeling back then, and look at it today from an objective point of view, as opposed to under the influence of the emotions I was feeling that day.
Otherwise just keep a word document on your computer or something if you don't want anyone here reading it.
