I got a question guys maybe some of you have experienced.
I have been somewhat low energy recently. I feel sleepy at around 4pm and am very unproductive. I try to sleep for 2 hours. Even after I wake at 6pm I am still low energy. I go to sleep between 9 and 11 pm and wake up at at 7 - 9 in the morning but still feel low energy after a few hours.
What could this be caused by ?
What to do ?
This is killing my productivity a lot.

I find that whenever I sleep a lot for consecutive days (like while on vacation) I always feel so tired and lazy as if I don't want to do anything in the day. I think this is because of sleeping TOO much that my body just wants to stay in a rested state.
Based on what you said your normal sleeping looks like it's a minimum of 8 hours per day with the max being 12 hours excluding the 2 hour naps. IMO I think you might be oversleeping. I usually get 6-8 hours of sleep on weeknights and then sleep a little longer on weekends like 8-10 hours (everyday without any naps).
So you might want to try cutting down the amount of time you're sleeping in total throughout the week. Other than that maybe you might want to try being more physically active throughout the day (if you already aren't) so that you are actually expending some energy and getting tired by the end of the day for sleep.
Try sleeping without an alarm clock or anything external waking you up. After a few days of this you should be over any sleep deprivation that you might have. Also, this will tell you how much sleep you should be getting too.
