Proper diet with 5 days a week at the gym will get you there. If you cut booze out of your life it'll be pretty quick too. I went from 19%bf to 6.5% in 9 months. It would've been way faster if i wasn't drinking for the first 3 months. If you "clean bulk", expect 2-3lbs of lean gain every 3 months. If you "dirty bulk" you can probably expect 4-6lbs of lean, depending on how well you diet.
Also, don't roid if you're a newbie!! I could go way into this, but the gist is you won't know what you're doing which will lead you to fuck up your hormones for when you're taking them and potentially the future.
BIB, if you read this, I just wanna say that I find your other posts really inspiring, and appreciate them, and I mean no harm/disrespect, but I don't think you're qualified to give any advice on physique. 180 at 6'1 with 15% bodyfat is far from impressive, and if anything would show that the SARM cycle is kind of a waste.
NOW if you want to find something to do besides the gym, Terminator is pretty much on the point. Social Circle, job, hit on chicks. Hell even if you're bod isn't on point, hitting on chicks will at least give you experience and the ability to deal with rejection.
Been going to the gym since I was 14 and never used anything more than ostarine and mk677 and that was in the past year. You don't need more, but you're older than me so maybe the time issue is more prominent. MAKE SURE YOU DO IT RIGHT IF YOU DO IT. You will fuck yourself up if you don't. Overall you probably just aren't pushing yourself as much as you need to be. The benefits of working out now will stick with you your entire life.
Also, every girl I hook up with are REALLY in to my body and tinder was great for me. If you are 244 and 9% body fat while being 6'4'" they are probably expecting you to approach since you're so fucking enormous. I'm 5'10" 180lbs and 7% so I think girls feel more comfortable coming up to me.
Edit: You can hit on girls at the gym. The way I did it, I only spoke to girls if it was convenient. Shouldn't be going out of your way too much/often or people will notice and you will enter "shitting where you eat" territory.

Seriously though, you can always hit on girls. The success rate may be higher when you're better looking, but girls (especially from the social circle) go with objectively unattractive guys all the time. Some even feel more comfortable with them because they feel like they're less likely to be cheated on. I'm not saying that this is what usually happens, but it's ALWAYS better to keep on trying and learn from experiences you make rather than giving up before you even start. Of course you will experience rejection, but everybody does. Hitting on girls will still benefit you because you'll get experience from it.
A year to reach genetic potential is just untrue. I'm also natty because the chance of accelerating my hair loss scares the fuck out of me. I've been lifting for half a decade, and still seeing improvements. The gains just come much slower after your first 6-12 months.
If you are putting in 100% effort you should see some serious changes in your first 6 months.
