Building good body and especially recomp require smart training, dedication and commitment or u just end of spinning your wheels

yes thats why i was asking him if he's natural, i agree that recomp for skinnyfat people is harder than building muscle for skinny but toned people

Do your own research, beginners benefit best from simpler full body routine with focus on compound lifts and accessory work as an extra, look into starting strength, strong lifts, and ice cream fitness 5x5 by Jason blaha, he was good until he went off the deep end a year ago
I been lifting since I was 14 and physically active my whole life, I've done a lot of "smart" routines and dumb as fuck ones too, the biggest difference lies in an individual's ability to stick to the routine, be consistent, patient. Every thing works, some work better than others and nothing works forever, but without the aforementioned characteristics u won't get an they're with the best of programs or trainers
Give up OP, there has never been in the history of mankind a skinny fat person that loses his fat and makes some muscle EVER, so don't even bother trying. Instead keep whining because that clearly is the path that will lead you were you want to be in life.
Since you joined GLL forum how many times per week do you go to the gym? How is your diet?

Bro, just start hitting the gym and diet if you want to lose weight, or bulk if you want to gain some weight, do a bit of research. Start a new skin care routine, get a job, go to school. Talk to one new girl a day if you don't have time to do the AA program, but don't expect anything from it just yet. Forget the little voice in your head that tells you you're not good enough. Don't even worry about girls right now, just focus on yourself. If you need help, just make a post saying 'you want to improve and would like some advice', there's hundreds of guys on here that would be happy to give you fitness, dating, financial advice on this website as long as you ask for it and are willing to implement the advice.

I literally had no intent on getting bigger or losing weight. I was depressed losing my dad which caused me to break up with my gf so I just spent more time in the gym to blow off steam. You actually have intent on losing weight and gaining muscle so you should have an easier path than me. I was just angry and took it out in the gym 5x a week 2hr a session
Eggs 6x a day
Vega Protein shakes 3x a day
Just don't eat bullshit at all
Can't get more natty than that - i've only tried osta last month and that was after all my gains
