So basically i was out with a friends and his crew, all of those guys are into pickup and getting laid with women. I won't rationalize why i acted like a pussy yesterday and was quiet, anxious and weird, maybe it's new situation with people i don't know well so that's why night finished without any success or that i left particularly for "approaching women" and somehow sabotaged myself(fuck i'm rationalizing already lol).

Question is, is there any reason to complicate how things work with women. Is that just talking with them, approaching first, goofing, joking, laughing, talking bullshit without being serious, all in all IDGF mode, or there is some PUA shit, do's and don'ts etc.

Is everything in approaching random women, being funny, not serious, ok with rejection(like RSD guys Tyler and others), ofcource i'll add style, muscles, swag factor, social status or opposite of all of this, unnatural pretending and PUA, Mystery stuff. Is there room for any complication of stuff, is it necessary?

I went gaming today and had the best conversations with girls that had similar interests as me. It felt authentic and I wasn't 'gaming'. On the other hand, when I was gaming it felt weird and forced.

This is what I plan on doing from now on - talking to girls and looking for common interests. If there is none and it's feeling forced, telling her to have a nice day. Finding females that are just friends. Most importantly, getting social hobbies that don't center around pick up.

I know this might sound like blasphemy but my end goal is to do zero 'approaching'. I'm gonna be hitting the numbers in the meantime. I'm not looking for an excuse out. But it isn't my end goal.

Obviously do what you want.

Most "PUA" tactics are unnecessary for actually getting laid.

Just look as good as possibly can.

And talk to these girls like normal human beings.

Then ask for phone number then arrange a meet up.

If a girl finds you hot and you find her hot sex will happen.

Basically, at the beginning you think how you are thinking VERY OFTEN.

Somewhere in the middle you'll find your own groove and what works for you.

In the end none of this will matter and you will go weeks and months without really considering the ins and outs of talking to women. Prior to this point you will go through a stage where you reject all ideas found in the middle and beginning. It's your brain filing the crap and keeping the rest underwraps. By then it's all instinctive anyway (much like a baseball player hitting a ball in a real game).

Meanwhile, work out, improve your style and focus on socializing. (That last one is important and doesn't mean picking up women. It means talking to anyone.)

The last few aren't to help you talk to women. You can talk to women now as you are. They help you later when you get your head straight.

Don't do anything. Just keep trying. It'll come in time. (Might take a few months by the way.)

I'll also add that you should do the AA Program, Basic Guy Game and then do your own thing. Those are the ropes as long as you work on your appearance. The AA Program ensures some social freedom (you'll never be fear free). Basic Guy Game gets your feet wet and shows you that it can be done. After that it's your picnic. You don't need a forum after that.
