Considering that this happens regularly to you, i know that it isnt the women. Its you.

Youre probably not picking up a girls subtle cues to stop talking to her, and you continue anyway for long periods of time, so much that she gets pissed and possibly fearful for her safety and decides to press charges.

Take a girls hint. If she tells you shes busy, or doesnt respond to your messages, that means that shes not interested and you should stop talking to her immediately.

I feel like there is a back story to this we're not hearing lol. I've never had that happen to me. Then again, i don't keep harassing girls. If they don't like me I just keep it moving.

I second Rousseau.

Think about it like this: if an A-list celebrity (hell, even B or C) wanted to date her what would her reaction be? Would she say she was busy, take forever to respond to a text, etc.?

With a celebrity suitor, even if she was busy, she'd say, "I'd really love to but can't because of [reason], BUT we should get together/I'm available [time], etc."

Some guys get offended at a girl not being blunt and think she's giving them the runaround, being fake, etc. She's being polite (from her point of view). Even if it's just passive-aggressive politeness, she thinks it's better than outright rejecting you.
