This post is going to be short and dirty, I'm expecting you to already know what I'm talking about. If you haven't already heard of Alpha male posture exercises here's your introduction:

Being an alpha male has a lot more to do with the shoulders, so here I present to you just one alternate alpha male body exercise for you to try. Try these out and report back to me in this thread and I will post some more exercises for you guys.
This particular one works with your hips. A sexual man has rotating hips and a walk free of tension and this is something women and other men can pick up on instantly. How do you get rotating hips? You could have the thinking of an alpha male since birth, or you can hack it and do these exercises.
