I recently purchased the Forte after doing a little research. I have tried PE before but only for a month max so can't really say I was dedicated, neither really serious, was a while back now. This time is different and not only is the equiptment I purchased much better but I have the determination to go all out and stick to it. Anyway, I have a few questions I'm hoping some veterans can advise on. First of all, let's start with the Fotre. I've been reading and researching on how to start off, it's advised the first month is mainly a breather, geting comfy and used to using it. I must say after not even a week I am already used to it and it's extremely comfortable I've been wearing it for 4 hours a day and switching sides every hour/2 hours, although I feel as though it's not enough and wonder if I should either increase the tension or leave it on for longer than 4 hours. Now, there is also talk about not over doing it and having rest time/days etc. 1. Should this ALWAYS be the case? I mean I've been using the Forte and it's so comfy and practical that I've not had any issues. Not pain, aching, weakness in my dick or anything. I can get erections normally and it doesn't feel tired. I feel as though my dick is begging for more (or is that my brain lol). So should I up the ante or rest regardless? Put simply, should I trust my body or strictly follow recommendations and guides? 2. I guess the only thing which is a litte odd (maybe normal) is my head swelling up as if I've just finished a pumping session. Again, I think this is normal due to the Forte also using vaccum to hold and stretch the head. If not, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Maybe I shouldn't press the suction button on the bell too much. 3. I've already been on green since using it and today decided to touch the yellow tension, I don't feel much difference to be honest. I know this isn't a sprint and I shouldn't be hasty but shall I increase the tension so early on? At least until I feel there is some kind of pullig or stress on my dick? I don't know if this question belongs here but I purchased a Bathmate HydroMax. My schedule at the moment is 4 evenings a week with the Hydro for a max of 15 minx (3 x 5) and then in the morning applying the Forte for 4 hours or so. Again, impressed so far with the Hyrdomax but it's similar to the Forte. It's comfy and I haven't gotten any blood spots or injured myself etc. I use the hottest water my dick can possibly take (which helps a lot) and I don't pump like crazy. I'm just using it normally, no Bathmate Pulls or semi/errect pumping. So again, the question is, shall I increase level so to speak if my body/dick is so far fine? I'm not doing any other PE, no jelquing, kegels or anything else Much appreciated, thank you in advance guys! |

I've been training with the phallosan forte over a year and I can try to give some advice. There are a lot of things/details I wish I'd known when I first started my phallosan journey. I hope this will help you not to make the same mistakes I've done. Your main concern should be to protect your glans. In time and it will eventually happen: Blisters! I asume that you are using the pf condoms to protect your glans? Don't use them! They won't protect your glans and only collect fluid and block your glans from fully expanding inside the bell. I highly advice you to wrap tender tape or water proof tape around your glans. I've also used baby powder in the past but it's not as good as taping. After your penis gets used to the PF after a month you should increase the wearing time. If you are looking for decent gains you will need to wear the PF for 8 hours a day or at night. Personaly, I like having it on while sleeping. It's very convenient and I can focus on all other daily activities without having to fiddle around with the device. |

I'm Having problems to keep the pressure, also I can't use "S" condoms because I get my glans purple and cold, somebody have any tips to fix this problem?
