has anyone ordered spare parts that are not listed on the web site. I emailed the company about ordering the foam ring and the tension clip, and they sent me back a invoice with the price of the items. Do I go on the PayPal site and send them the money and hope they know what its for?
Seems like a sketchy way to do business.

Seems sketchy, indeed, but since neither of those parts are listed on the website, perhaps that's how they do things.

If you don't mind answering, why do need the tension clip and the foam ring? I have abandoned the foam ring, that's why I'm asking.
1) Grow my dick
2) Get down to 170lbs/Get an earth shattering ass
3) Finish writing book(s)
4) Organize my life
5) Make better money

When my foam ring broke, I went and got strips of velcro and tied the belt to that and attached the velcro to my big toe.
1) Grow my dick

Thats an awesome way to do it. I've tried several different ways with also attaching it to the bed post while I sleep so I can lay on my stomach. I emailed them about the pump breaking and they are shipping me a new one free.
