i cant hold this back any longer even though i just started using the PF and dont have conclusive evidence that this strech is safe especially after long hours wearing at night in bed but after getting the PF and realzing the fukin belt sucks to sleep in regardless of what people post about being able to sleep in it because believe me ur going to find a combination of a comfortable sleeping position and tension needed to make gains.
my solution is to wear it w the foam circle on your foot, than wrap under your leg and attatch the other end to the extender. this is super intense as you can see in the pictures below. my dick never gets that skinny unless im doing manual stretches. and u can literally control how far u want to strech it with your foot. so its like ur dam near literally doing a manual stretch w your foot. shit is so intense that you can barely kegel while in it.
ive only done this for 2 days now and both times woke up and had the strongest longest boner ive ever had

yea ive ben trying to figure out the best way to do it myself. uve just got to keep experimenting. i kept unhooking/slipping out at 1st. i realized tht its really difficult 2 pull this off if ur going to try to sleep strait up and down on your bed with your leg hanging out to the side so my best advice/method is to start out by laying strait up and down than extend your leg so it will b a decent stretch ( i usually go to around the end of the green/ starting of yellow) than with your leg in place move the rest of your body diagonally on the bed in the other direction. this is also has ben tremendous is stretching my ligaments ive never experienced b4 not just the tunica.
after sleeping for the 1st time doing this diagonal method w at best end of green/starting yellow. im already able to get to beginning red wout slippage. this shit will really strech your ligs if sleep a whole night in it. my dick has never felt more strechy like a dam rubber band 2day too. i think its good idea to do this diagonal method in both directions too meaning wearing the foam on your other foot on occasion
Thanks for coming up with this brotha. I think this is more effective in stretching the ligs but I am questioning if it is as effective in stretching the tissue. I am trying it right now and boy you are right, this would be an intense all night workout. I am feeling my penis and the stress is mainly on the ligs with this method rather than the tissues which is good but I think in order to maximize the Phallosan it has to be worn with a combination of on the sides during the day, to stretch tissue, and at night with your method to target the ligs. That seems like overkill but these are just my thoughts. I'm experiment with this as well as bathmate. yea i had alot of problems with it a first and still have some problems the main one is just being able to fall asleep w it on. my body just wont let me sumtimes even tho im not uncomfortable. wat i did tho 2 consistantly stay in it without slipping is 1. cutting the protective cap down a little bit. when u go 2 put the condom sleeve on and it doesnt completely cover your protective cap your pretty much guranteed to slip. cut it down like a half inch... 2. i realized i was slipping cuz my dick was shrinking to a skinnier size due to the temperture in my room. wear socks and just put a pillow covering your dick so it will stay warm. 3. just let your body adjust to it. stay in the green if u keep slipping than next day see if u can get to yellow.
