My glans swell every time I use the Phallosan, afraid to use more than 4 hrs at a time. I use anti fluid tape from auto extender with mixed success. Is swelling something normal that everyone has gotten use to just at the tip, is it safe, dangerous?

I'm sooo sick of these devices not working

the size genetics destroys your surface tissue
the lingam leaves you with bruises and is difficult to use, i may revert back to it with some device modification

The swelling is coming from the suction of the pump on the device. Same kind of swelling you get from using the bathmate. Only difference is the pressure isn't nearly as intense and you have the head of your dick pressurized for 4-8+ hours at a time. I haven't noticed any negative effects of using the Phallosan other then my glans peeling if I don't put lotion on it daily to keep it from drying out.

Im the same...
When I take it off after wearing it for ~10 hours my glans is slightly swollen but it reverts to normal within 5 minutes...
How many times do you pump it?
IN the begining i pumped 7+ times and the swelling was much more intense than now when I only pump 4-5 times...

The swelling is completely normal, as long as theres no pain and it goes back to normal within a minute or two I wouldn't worry about it...

Remember this device is FDA approved, so as long as it is used as directed it should be safe...
